It was an amazing house. Check in was easy, communication was on point. We got to see the manatees off the back deck. The bioluminescent water at night off the deck was breath takingly beautiful. Paddle boarded out a little and found some dolphins. Can't wait to go back!!!

The house was perfect for beach and just lazy afternoons fishing or playing on the river. Set up was perfect. The pool table and large mini fridge on porch were great. Use of Kayaks and Canoe was a real bonus. No complaints of I’m board!! We would do this rental again!!I hour from Disney, 15- 20 min from Kennedy Space Center and 45 min from Orlando or Melbourne international airport. Great rental - thank you Joe.

Nice spacious property. Pics were representative . Great communication with owner. We saw manatees multiple times off the dock. That made the trip. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful Home!

Very clean the beds were very comfortable. Anytime we needed anything the response was immediate.I would definitely recommend this vacation home, and hopefully we get to go back with better weather to enjoy all the amenities

Beautiful and clean home

Very nice and quiet. Fully equipped, and beautifully furnished! The only minor issue was the "abandoned" looking house next door with a large tree branch hanging over the water, which blocked the view from the dock to the end of the canal.

Great place to stay

The house was as described and the location was great being an easy walk to the beach and having the canal right behind the house. We were able to watch dolphins everyday in the river at the park down the street. It was “cold” when we first got there and the furnace stopped working, but we worked with Joe to get some space heaters and made it just fine. Joe was responsive and easy to work with. Hope to stay there again.

Short stay

The house has plenty of room. We had two dogs and there was a nice backyard for them to play in. We use the grill which was clean and full of gas.

Perfect Family Getaway

The house was a perfect place for our family vacation. Short walk to the beach, plenty of room to hang out in and out of the house. It was very enjoyable to be outside, especially at night on the dock. We even had a dolphin come visit us. Only advice is to make sure you pack bug spray if you plan to sit outside in the evening. They even had accommodations for young children. Overall, our stay was fantastic! The he evening

BEST getaway!

Staying at Joe’s was the getaway I needed! The description of this residence was perfect and did not disappoint. The house was immaculate. It’s conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants and bars. Floating in the river and seeing the bioluminescence is something I’ll never forget! Did I mention I also saw a rocket launch at Cape Canaveral? 10/10 recommend staying here!

Fun Family Weekend! Beach and river all in one.

We met in Cocoa Beach to spend family fishing weekend with Grandma and adult children. It was convenient for us to launch our boat at the ramp close by and keep it at the dock behind the house. The appliances were excellent and kitchen supplies were appreciated for cooking some meals. There was plenty of room for dining, playing games, and relaxing on the couch. The sports fans loved the TVs, pool table and darts. We really liked the neighborhood location as it was easy to get over to the beach or to a good local restaurant.

Lovely property in heart of Residential Cocoa Beach

This home is a clean property that is well-appointed and perfect for my family. It was a great space over holiday for our family of 5. The turkey trot race ran right by the end of the street, and it was fun to support our family and that event. The rooms were quiet. We loved that the home was right on a canal for water activities. The paddle boards and canoe made for some time trips to see sting rays, jellyfish, and birds around Thousand Islands. The property was just as described by the owner. The furniture and linens were in great condition. We would love to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay on a canal on the river. The house had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay for children to adults between beach toys and games to pool table and dartboard. Two houses down there’s a waterfront park with a playground for kids and a little deeper water fishing or just to enjoy the sunset. The house was very clean and the manager is readily available for any questions. The location is great, a short walk or drive to shopping, dining or the beach. Bringing our pup was a bonus with the fenced in backyard. We will be back!

Fun Family Getaway

We booked the home for 3 nights for myself, my husband, my 22-year-old son and our golden retriever. We were celebrating Mother's Day as well as my son's graduation from college. This was the perfect place for our trip.Since we don't like to leave our dog for long periods in a new place, we mostly stayed around the house. There was plenty for us to do! We used the paddleboards and canoe, and played cornhole, darts, and pool. The house was very well stocked so we were able to eat most meals at home. It's a dog-friendly town so we brought our dog with us to brunch on Mother's Day at the 4th Street Filling Station. We also brought him to the dog-friendly beach each day that we were there. The decor was soothing and tasteful and the beds and couches were comfortable. We had everything we could want for a relaxing family weekend. We would definitely stay there again!
