You will stay on the first floor of this house with a large outdoor terrace and a balcony.
Ideally located 5 minutes walk from the train station and the city center, you can visit our beautiful region with its beaches and attractions 10km from the accommodation.
The owner will stay on the first floor but will not be there often, just in case of need and above all will be able to advise you on the best addresses and activities to do according to your needs (family etc.)
You will benefit from a large living room dining room with 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom with separate toilet and the balcony to relax in the sun. A kitchen with coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster will complete this accommodation to prepare your holiday meals.
