Ski conditions disappointing but still enjoyed my time in Parl City. Nice condo as advertised. Comfortable bed. Really close to skiing and or town bus stop. Nice walk to downtown Park City if you want to get some steps in.

Perfect for skiiers!

This space was great for myself and my spouse. It has easy access to Park City skiing and the bus stop that takes you to Canyons Resort. The house was clean and the area was quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Great location!

You can’t beat the location! Very easy walk to the slopes. It was a simple and clean unit for my husband and I. We had plenty of room and the hot tub was just steps away from the door. Parking was easy as well. The only heads up is that there aren’t basic cooking supplies such as olive oil, salt, pepper, etc. so we had to get that ourselves. Also, the storage outside of the unit didn’t fit our boards. Overall, would stay here again!

property was nice. hot tub wasn’t working which was disappointing after skiing. the wifi didn’t work despite repeated attempts. if you rent place don’t count on wifi!need instructions for washer/dryer. great shower and good location to park city mountain skiing.

Ok stay - nice location

Counted on the sofa bed for a bed - sadly disappointed. Missing 3 springs at the bottom of frame - had to sleep sideways as not to fall onto the floor. There is no lighting in the kitchen/sink area. Heating/baseboard heating very hard to regulate. Used the black magic marker as a guide. Nice location though - walked to town. Bathroom nicely renovated.

Great place, but bring EVERYTHING!

We were quite surprised, especially due to the price, that the condo had very few sundries. No salt and pepper, no cooking oil, no coffee or coffee filters, no spices, no wood for the fireplace etc. We had to go buy everything! Not our experience at all with other high-end VRBO rentals.

great condo in perfect location.

We stayed from Jan 11-15 and we really enjoyed the property. The location is perfect a 5 min walk in ski boots to the lifts or go across the street and take the free bus 2 shorts stops to the main lodge. We Could also easily walk to food store,7-11 and Walgreens. Condo is well equipped and the washer dryer was a big plus for our wet gear. We also enjoyed access to the hot tub after a day on the slopes. Contact with property manager was great when we had a small issue with coffee machine which was handled promptly. My wife and I will sure stay here again.

Park City First Timer - IA GAL

Location of this property was within walking distance to many places. Cleanliness of this unit had a lot to be desired. Contacted Customer Service and got some resolve but still was not up to par! Ask when last deep cleaned before booking!!! Not acceptable!!

Park city ski

The condo is close to the Park City lifts. It is walking distance. We chose to leave our skis at a ski valet near the lifts and changed out of our ski boots each day to make the short walk more enjoyable. We chose to take Uber into town and walked home (downhill). It’s an easy walk to the grocery store. The kitchen is marginally stocked with pots and pans as most rentals. The place only has one closet to put clothes in and no dressers so you pretty much need to live out of your suitcase.

No toilet

The property is very small with no room for luggage or drawers of any kind. Stove light was burned out. The lighting in the living room area is provided by a string of overhead, individual, led light fixtures which produce a harsh glare. The worst part of the stay was the toilet was plugged when we got there. Neither maintenance nor Roto Rooter could unplug it. We were forced to move to a different unit 7 miles away. Management did not communicate very well with us on the resolution of our problem ultimately requiring us to pack up and move at 8:00 pm to the other unit. I would like a refund on this booking.

Worst Getaway Experience To Date...

We arrived to a home with no parking pass, dirty dishes in the drawers, counters not wiped, stains on furniture and blankets, nasty rugs, shower door that didn't contain water in the shower, ac unit that was not vented to the outside so just blew hot air around the unit, hot tub closed for the first half of our stay (once fixed water was so cloudy and not fresh looking we never got in), we contacted Vacasa over a dozen times during our stay being promised each time we called that someone would be addressing it and our issues were never addressed. We left our unit 24 hours early than checkout because the conditions were so horrible. It was a huge waste of our time, money and energy and we have yet to hear back to our multiple requests for a refund for our room which is now the least of our expenses surrounding this trip at this point.

Find something else

We arrived in the evening, and there was not a parking pass in the room. After multiple text back and forth I was told to just write a temp pass and put it in the car. Which was fine. The next mortwhen we woke there were mouse droppings throughout the kitchen, there were cobwebs in the bedroom. The light in the bathroom was not working and the fire alarm was hanging out of the ceiling, I texted the number from the check in process and the entire day went by without the issues being addressed. That evening when we returned from dinner the room smelled clean, mouse traps had been put down (with a Reese Cup) and the cobwebs were gone. A young lady came to the room and seemed annoyed that she had to come back and clean. NOT MY PROBLEM. I would never stay there again!

Weekend away with the gals

My daughters and I looked forward to a few days away from the hustle of daily life before going back to school and the routine of life. We walked into this condo fully anticipating a nice weekend. While the appearance of the condo is beautiful I.e newly remodeled with IKEA kitchen, bath etc, the unit had a terrible odor of filth. The vinyl flooring was sticky, there was food left on dishes in the cupboards and worst of all the pull out couch was gross! I don’t think anyone had opened the couch to sleep on for a long long time! There was no parking pass in the unit which was advertised. I’m not a complaining person by nature and most of the time like to give the benefit of the doubt to the other side. However, I contacted Vacasa to let them know of the issues, especially the parking pass. I didn’t hear back. I called and also texted the next day which was Sunday and was told that someone would drop the pass off that next morning (the day we were checking out!). VERY poor management. I think if they can get a better cleaning crew to really deep clean this condo and make sure there is a parking pass plus: replace the master bed mattress (super hard), I would rate it higher but at this point I wouldn’t return to this specific unit.

Mostly quite Good.

This unit was obviously recently renovated. Everything was very clean, with new appliances, and a very good selection of kitchen equipment. Also, we found the location to be excellent, especially for walking access to the Park City lifts as well as to groceries, ski rentals, and restaurants. Unfortunately, upon our Sunday arrival, there was no parking pass to be found and since there were so many warnings about towing if the car was not properly marked, this was quite distressing. We called the support number (which seems to be not located in Park City), but they were not able to get us a parking pass until sometime on Monday morning. Next, on Monday morning, I went down to find that the rental car had a long dent in the lower driver’s side of the car. Obviously, someone had pulled in or out during the night. On Tuesday, I noticed that the gas cap cover was askew. I found that the tank was down to about half. Someone had siphoned the tank during the night. These last two issues were not the facility responsibility, but still distressing. Maintenance – As I mentioned, the unit is in excellent shape. Mid-week, we found that the shower drain was very slow, but reported it and upon our return from skiing, it had been tended to. The bedroom door latch does not line up with the striker plate, so we could not latch the door closed. This was not a major concern for us, but it should be corrected. The curtains on the sliding patio door just barely cover the windows. As this is on the ground floor with people walking by frequently, it might be better if these curtains were a little wider. Suggestions – A small dishrack or silicone pad would be useful next to the sink. Otherwise, we made do with a towel. An actual teapot or device for boiling water for tea, etc., would have been useful We just used a regular pot. Finally, and as our biggest suggestion is that even though the kitchen area is very nicely laid out, there is no light directly above or behind the sink. This made for washing dishes in the dark. There clearly is power behind the sink, so we were surprised that there was no light available. However, all things being said, and accounting for the negative aspects mentioned (which were largely out of the facility’s control), we would still strongly consider renting here on future visits. It served us very well for the ski area access that we were looking for.
