Country living at its best! A spacious 4 bedroom home with a large kitchen and family room for enjoying your time here. Roads are paved to the home and allow for year-round access. The home is pet-friendly (max 2 with an additional fee) with a dog door and fenced back yard. The home also offers central heat and air conditioning. Garage is NOT accessible to guests at any time. Location is about 5 miles north of town and is a great jumping-off point to all the local sights.

Views and amenities were great, Kitchen was massive and great to cook big meals. very quiet spot and beautiful property. It was also a plus having a grill to cook and fireplace outside to keep warm during the colder nights, lots of space in the house itself, easily accommodated 8 people. Definitely will consider coming back!

Perfect place to stay if you are going to the Cinders to ride atv’s, No need to trailer, simply take Sunset. Quiet, clean comfortable. Well laid out. Highly recommend.

This was a great house. Very spacious and was so well stocked! Perfect for people like us who are flying in and don’t want to bring a bunch of stuff. The house is close to town but also far enough away that you have some peace. Perfect place for exploring the area. The neighborhood is quiet and seemed very safe. We will definitely book this house again when we come back to flagstaff!

The home was huge for a rental. Everything was well stocked for week long stags and the host was very reachable. The back yard was ideal for pets and any intrusions of wildlife were blocked. A GREAT location to view and experience all that the Flagstaff area has to offer.Too much to see and do and a wonderful LARGE home to base camp from

We are all very pleased with the house and property. Location was away from the city traffic. The place was spotless. Our dogs thoroughly enjoyed it.The only downside was the TV remote batteries were dead so we had to go to the store for that. I left them in so it now has fresh batteries.

Great Stay

Clean, easy to communicate with. Kitchen stocked with most everything. Loved that they allowed our dogs and there was a fenced yard, pooper scooper and ball. Great stay and will rent again when in the area.

We stayed a few nights with our young adult children and loved the place. Large kitchen table and kitchen to cook and enjoy meals together! The house was spotless and the living room couches were comfy! Loved the dog door for our doggy and the huge property out back. Great location. Thank you!

Great family location

Perfect home to gather with family. The house is clean and functional. The yard is beautiful and perfect for gatherings. We stayed with our siblings and their adult children and our parents.

Very convenient!

We loved our time at the Deer Rd property. Very comfortable and just a lovely house to stay at. Modern oven/stove and Fridge WITH ICE MAKER THAT WORKS!! Coffee available and easy to use. Very nice inside the bedrooms and bathrooms. Communication with the host was quick and thorough. I recommend this property to anyone staying in the Flagstaff area.

Beautiful Stay

Loved the property. Very clean, and even being close to the highway was no problem for our seclusion-loving family. It was nice to be able to hop on the 89 and go to the nearby restaurants and Sunset Crater while also having a ton of privacy when home. Loved it and will be book again for sure!

Spectacular

We had such a great stay at this property!!! It is clean, updated, very well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies ect. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and even the hwy noise was not bothersome at all Everything was lovely; we where sad to leave.

Great home base for northern AZ

Very spacious, clean property with great amenities. Could have easily held twice our 6. Only complaint is that there was no food ball for the table soccer, lol. Looked all over town for one but no luck. Ended up using a plastic practice golf ball, which was fun but couldn’t showcase my old college skills. Great place, wouldn’t hesitate to go again.

Spacious, Comfortable Home with Views

We felt quite at home during our stay. Big bedrooms, especially the master, a big kitchen and large outdoor living spaces with gorgeous views of the San Francisco Peaks. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Great house

We chose this location outside of town because we wanted to go RZR riding out on the trails. I would recommend it for any stay however, as it is still close enough to town. Clean and roomy. Definitely will book again!

Deer house in Flagstaff

Overall, the home was well stocked with essentials pans, blenders, baking dishes, plates etc. My 88yr old mother with COPD, had a hard time breathing in the master bedroom. I stayed in the room by the bathroom, the noise level from the highway never stopped. I left early the last night a dog barked all night long. Also, I followed instructions, cleaned the dog poo up, and started a load of towels when I left. I would have appreciated in the information book, where the nearest grocery store, and pharmacy locations. Overall, I would say this house is a nice house and out of the way with no stairs, which is exactly what I wanted. Totally relaxing to eat breakfast on the patio watching the cars go by, and watch the prairie dogs all 10 of them past the fence.
