3rd time staying in B203 and it is favorite condo.

Fantastic location. Only thing I would change is the TV reception is not too good in the main living room and the TV's in the bedrooms have little to no reception. BUT, we spend most of our time at the beach, so not having TV is a very minor issue for us. Hence, the 5 star review!

Fantastic property!

The automated blinds are amazing, as this place faces the West. Very responsive owner and only on the 2nd floor. Stayed here twice, and will be back!

Beautiful Property

The property is beautiful with a gorgeous view. The beach was wonderful! The condo is beautiful but the electronic shades were not working. The afternoon sun coming through the window made the place warm up to 85 degrees. The air conditioner could not keep up with the heat coming through the windows. Sunglasses were needed inside in the afternoon due to the sun being so bright. The person sleeping on the pullout couch had the security lights and the lights on the trees coming through the window at night. The master bedroom ceiling fan barely worked and motor very noisy. Fortunately the front desk gave us a fan to use

Nice condo

Very nice and clean property! Would definitely go back if there was more balcony furniture. When you are going with a group, two lounge chairs on a huge balcony do not cut it! Beds in the room are VERY comfortable!

Highly recommended

The staff was super helpful with all our needs. The condo was really clean. The whole facility over all was very clean. The host was very helpful as well. We will be staying here again next time we come on vacation.

Nice but needs improvement

The good. Condo was beautiful. Location is at the end of Resort Row and very quiet. The bad. Condo was dirty when we arrived. Had to call house keeping to remove trash. The resort is only half completed and I think they were working with minimal staff. Had to call twice to get hot water turned on. We didn't have hot water until the third night. Other than the couple of problems the condo is very beautiful and comfortable. The pool area is nice and was uncrowded. I will stay here again and hopefully the staff is a little more on their game.

Beautiful place

This unit is absolutely stunning. It is billed as luxury and I feel like it lives up to the name. The place was very clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the view was outstanding. Additionally, Santiago is very quick to respond to any questions. My only complaint was that there are no heated pools and the hot tub is being repaired. Since we were there in the winter it would have been nice to know this prior to our stay. There is a jacuzzi tub in the master bath and we utilized it a couple of times. Also, since the hot tub issue is quite major from what I understand, there was a lot of noice from Jack hammering during the day. This shouldn’t be a problem long term but if you are staying in the near future you may want to inquire about the status. One recommendation for future guests: due to the close proximity to Wrecked at the Reef we were able to walk there for dinner. We felt safe and our boys said the beach walk under the stars was one of their favorite parts of our trip.

Beautiful condo with prime location

This condo is a beautiful place to stay. The condo is extremely large with an amazing view. The place was spotless and resort staff were so delightful to deal with. I wi be staying here every time we come to Rocky Point. I give this host 5 stars across the board!

Beautiful condo

This condo is beautiful. On Sandy Beach and the closest property to wrecked at the reef. Check in was a little crazy, but was not the owners or staffs fault, and they were amazing in fixing the issue. The owner is very responsive and made checked in before and after to make sure we had. Agreed stay. We will definitely be staying again
