Million Dollar View - Huge Balcony - 3/3 Family Amenities to enjoy all day.

After more than 30 years as an Army family, we enjoyed traveling and discovered through those travels that our favorite place to vacation and relax are the white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast. We both enjoy the water and water sports and are now retired and live on a lake in Central Alabama. We are proud parents of four children and proud grandparents of seven grandchildren.

We chose the Caribe Resort because it is a fabulous modern up to date complex with many amenities that our family and yours can enjoy. It has indoor & outdoor pools, kiddy pool and a hot tubs. It also has more than one excellent fitness center with a fantastic view. The fitness centers includes large dry and wet saunas and a large sitting areas to read. The condo is very spacious with a three bedroom three bath layout, all with flat screen TV's. Unit C 105 includes a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. It is located in beautiful Orange Beach with restaurants and shopping all within a short distance. A spacious State Park and numerous golf courses are close by. A must visit restaurant is Cobalt's located adjacent to the resort property only a short walk.

We have decorated this unit for everyone to enjoy. We replaced and updated the bedding in the bedrooms with all new mattresses and foundations. The spacious balcony has a table with 6 chairs and 4 comfortable balcony chairs to view the beautiful bay and boats from. There are 4 flat screen TVs. This unit includes a wet bar with ice maker and wine cooler. The kitchen has both Keurig and Mr. Coffee makers and the amenities are first class. We have furnished the unit to allow our guest to enjoy the beauty of the bay and the ocean. The only items needed to move in are your personal items, clothing, food and drink. We have tried to think of everything you might need to make this a wonderful beach vacation for you and your family.
