Spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath condo with large balcony overlooking the Bay. This beautifully furnished condo is located in an amazingly manicured 23 acre resort on the Alabama Coast which includes trolley service to the beach, steam rooms, saunas, indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, fitness rooms, sport courts ( pickle ball, tennis and basketball), miniature golf, and hot tubs across the property. All newly refinished upper deck pool area offers an onsite on site bar and numerous seating and lounging opportunities.

It is our intention to have a condo that our guest will feel comfortable in and to have a fully stocked kitchen so that when our guest want to cook and eat in, that’s possible. Our condo is like a home away from home.

This ground level condo is a 10/10! The view from the balcony is indeed spectacular and I enjoyed a lot of time in it. Joyce is great! She helped us with everything we needed without delay from parking passes to early check-in. As far as the condo goes we could not have gotten more for our money. It was outstanding. I would have dropped the star rating based on how the property handled my wife slipping on the bottom of the lazy river (and she wasn’t the only one so be careful!). I gave it 5 stars as the condo itself deserves. I guess the amenities of the property were ok too when the elevators were working and the pools were all open, but thankfully the only elevators we had to use were to the lazy river. Thank you Joyce for being an awesome host!

Thanks for your review! We strive to make our Condo inviting and special for our guest. I know some of the elevators on property are being changed out for new ones and that takes time. We have addressed the lazy river incident and concerns with caribe management and have been assured additional safety measures will be implemented to prevent further incidents.

Thank you for choosing Caribe C 105! We love the view of the bay from our 1st floor balcony. We have ample seating on the balcony that lets you and guest enjoy the dolphins or just watching the boats as they travel in the bay.

Great Spring Break Stay

Our stay was amazing and Joyce was great at communicating with us. The 1st floor was super convenient for the kids and we all enjoyed the balcony (didn't feel like a 1st floor!). We'll be coming back to this place!

Thank you Charlie! One of the reasons we purchased this Condo was the fact that it is on the first floor and so convenient to the pools, etc. Also, the amenities are fabulous and perfect for children of all ages. We want everyone staying here to feel like it is their home away from home.

Great stay

My family and I have stayed at the Caribe several times but this is our first time in C105. The location was perfect and the condo was clean and spacious! We will defiantly be back again.

Perfect location

This property is absolutely beautiful! Perfect resort for the family! Kids loved the pools, water slides, and fishing off the docks. Loved the 1st floor location so we could easily come and go as we please! Great communication with the owners! Can’t wait to go back!

After more than 30 years as an Army family, we enjoyed traveling and discovered through those travels that our favorite place to vacation and relax are the white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast. We both enjoy the water and water sports and are now retired and live on a lake in Central Alabama. We are proud parents of four children and proud grandparents of seven grandchildren.

We chose the Caribe Resort because it is a fabulous modern up to date complex with many amenities that our family and yours can enjoy. It has indoor & outdoor pools, kiddy pool and a hot tubs. It also has more than one excellent fitness center with a fantastic view. The fitness centers includes large dry and wet saunas and a large sitting areas to read. The condo is very spacious with a three bedroom three bath layout, all with flat screen TV's. Unit C 105 includes a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. It is located in beautiful Orange Beach with restaurants and shopping all within a short distance. A spacious State Park and numerous golf courses are close by. A must visit restaurant is Cobalt's located adjacent to the resort property only a short walk.

We have decorated this unit for everyone to enjoy. We replaced and updated the bedding in the bedrooms with all new mattresses and foundations. The spacious balcony has a table with 6 chairs and 4 comfortable balcony chairs to view the beautiful bay and boats from. There are 4 flat screen TVs. This unit includes a wet bar with ice maker and wine cooler. The kitchen has both Keurig and Mr. Coffee makers and the amenities are first class. We have furnished the unit to allow our guest to enjoy the beauty of the bay and the ocean. The only items needed to move in are your personal items, clothing, food and drink. We have tried to think of everything you might need to make this a wonderful beach vacation for you and your family.
