Girls birthday trip

Highly recommend!! Was roomy and offered everything you need. Infinity pool was gorgeous and enjoyed gym. Right down the street from Costco and short drive to town. Also airport was 28 min. Will definitely be back! Thank you Amir!

Idyllic

Amir is an excellent host and quickly responsive to our questions. The pictures in the listing are nice but the condo is so much more in person. Living room: brand new, comfortable seating and TV. Kitchen: stocked with basic cookware, utensils, counter-top appliances, etc. A massive statement mirror decorates the dining area. Recessed lights on the staircase are a nice ambiance and safety feature. There is an abundant supply of drawers in the floor-to-ceiling closets in the bedrooms which also store linens, towels, beach towels. The condo is located away from the street, making nights completely noise free. Bathrooms are stocked with TP, shampoo, shower gel. TIP: bring your own hair dryer. There is a patio eating area off the main floor. The property grounds are meticulously manicured and flanked with vibrant azaleas. We were impressed that the sidewalk and entire complex driveway are swept daily. A balcony with plush outdoor seating is off the Master Bedroom overlooking the pool. We appreciated the weight machine and elliptical in the gym to keep up our daily routine. There are also treadmills available. The rooftop has an eating table and chairs AND a breathtaking panoramic view of the Sea of Cortez and the El Arco. Restaurants are walking distance. Costco is a 3 minute walk. The OXXO is like U.S. 7-Eleven stores. TIP: Bring your own bags. Single use plastic bags are banned in Mexico. It’s a great VRBO and made our first visit to Cabo all we hoped it would be.

Happy with accommodations

Overall we were very happy with the accommodations as they were as advertised. The property itself was very loud due to the construction which is not a reflection on the host at all.

Three of us stayed at Casa Kamali at the VistaVela 1 Townhouse development for 6 days. The description of the townhouse was accurate and the pictures were accurate as well. We felt safe in this development as it has a security gate with guard. The location is on the tourist corridor and is close to shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc. We found the pool perfect although there is noise from the nearby roadway, but it really wasn't that bad. The view of the ocean and Land's End was gorgeous from the townhouse. We enjoyed the patios during the morning and the evening time. We cooked most of our meals and found everything we needed. There is an excellent supply of spices in the cupboard. We used the small gym regularly. It has an elliptical machine, 2 treadmills, free weights and a pulley system. The grounds were well kept. The townhouse was very clean. We had a gecko make it's loud presence known during the night several times. The WiFi worked downstairs all of the time but several times was not functional upstairs, but this could have been operator error! We had a problem with the kitchen plumbing that was addressed promptly and resolved promptly by Amir. We were very happy with our reservation and with our stay at this townhouse. Highly recommend this unit.

Amazing place, Amazing view, Just no wifi!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was an amazing stay! The provided plenty of room for 2 people, had a small gym, amazing views and a community pool. The property is close to everything and about a 5-10 minute Uber ride to downtown and surrounding areas. The only problem we had was when we arrived we did not have any wifi connection which forced us to buy a data plan and we couldn’t attend some meetings we had scheduled. Overall an 9/10. Host was actively trying to help resolve the situation about the wifi but, there was no solution during our stay.

Great getaway

We loved the stay at this condo. It was clean and spacious. The kitchen did not have a lot of cooking supplies that we are used to like a baking sheet for the oven or pyrex and the BBQ listed is charcaol not propane we were not used to that so not a lot of BBQing for us. Loved the community the pool is not heated but we swam in it anyway. We liked the proximity to town and Costco and Walmart. We rented a car so that made it easy to get around. Overall we would come back and rent this place again.

Great spot for a stay near Cabo

Safe and convenient location for staying in Cabo if you have a vehicle. The place was spotless, beautiful views, and near Costco. We enjoyed the patios and the pool, especially when the rip tide was strong at the beach. The only downside was the mattresses: rock hard and comfortable, but surprisingly ok on our backs. And if you have physical limitations, this place would not be for you based on the need to walk upstairs to bedrooms. Directions were not provided by the owner, just the address, which made it a little tricky to find our way at night for first timers to Cabo given the frontage roads along the main thoroughfare are one-way. But knowing the condo was located just up the street from Costco made finding it in the dark manageable. I would recommend this spot for people who want to be near Cabo, but staying in a condo where you can cook meals, have a stunning views, and feel safe (the development is behind a gate with a security guard). For travelers who prefer having a safe to places valuables in while out and about, this was not available.

The Best View In Cabo!

Out of all the places we've stayed in Cabo, this one has the best view. The master bedroom, as well as the rooftop terrace are unbeatable at sunset. Property is modern, spacious, and has plenty of room for a group of 5-6. Private pool and gym was a plus as well, on top of the secured neighborhood. We'll be back 100%

Wow--excellent vacation stay

The property was in a perfect location for our month-long stay. It is located a short Uber ride (and Ubers are uber-plentiful) from the action by the Marina and several lovely secluded public beaches. But you don't need to leave the premises to enjoy the pool, view, exercise room, or a stunning sunset from your balcony. Kitchen is well appointed; plenty of space for our young adult children who visited for long weekends. Highly recommend.

Overall a good stay. something that should be added to instructions is the Costco in withing a walking distance. Once you are done with shopping you can ask any boy dressed in white and black to help you with the groceries. For a tip they will carry all the groceries to your apartment

Great place!

My husband and I had a fabulous stay! The Villa is very clean and conveniently located. Amir is very responsive and easy to work with. Major plus, the bed is super comfortable and you have a gorgeous view of Lands’ End from both the master bedroom, kitchen, dining area and outdoor patios.

January 4-January 8 This is a lovely unit with great views and lots of potential. The 3-star review reflects the lack of attention to detail. And, the fact that you have no local support means that some issues are not addressed in a timely manner. 1. Towels: We should have received the missing towels and wash cloths within 24 hours. We never received any and It was very inconvenient, for instance, having to use a bath towel in the half bath (which by the way, smells very musty). The fact that some towels were taken by other guests was not our problem. In addition, the white bath towels upstairs should be replaced immediately. They have large yellow stains and were pretty unappealing. 2. Upstairs bedding: Sheets and cover didn’t really fit on the bed. Bottom sheet was ok but top sheet and coverlet were the wrong size. In addition, the mattress and the headboard size did not match. 3. Kitchen: All glassware and dishes need to be updated. Since you advertise for 6 guests, you do not have a sufficient number of glasses or types (mostly mismatched) and plates (2-4 each of different sizes). In addition, shelves are missing in the cupboards to hold additional pieces. Cleaning crew should remove the really ugly pail and cleaning rags from under the sink. Very unappealing and all the cleaning supplies under the sink could be a problem for small children. We had to buy a sponge as the rags and used scrubbers were questionable. 4. Kitchen plumbing: the kitchen sink is barely draining. We ran the garbage disposal several times which did not improve the water flow. Also, the disposal sounds like an airplane engine. 5. Water: Your handbook indicates that your unit is on city water and sewer but did not address the fact that we needed to buy filtered drinking water. This should be addressed in your unit description! You could supply a water dispenser or have a filter installed. There should be an alert sign. I didn’t know until I asked and had to go out and buy water. 6. Upper Deck: Photos of deck furniture were in your overview but there wasn’t any furniture available to enjoy the great view. We enjoyed our stay and it could have been better.

Two week stay over Christmas with three children

Pros: -Our suite was very clean upon arrival & beautifully decorated -You will not find a better view in Cabo than from the master bedroom -A short walk to the pool from the townhouse, perfect for little ones -AC in all rooms kept everyone comfortable at all times -Walking distance to Costco & great shops & restaurants -Security staff went above & beyond always so friendly and helpful -Clubhouse & gym was an added bonus as we had a late flight, we were able to hang out there for several hours until our departure -We always felt safe and secure -Owners recommended restaurants in their welcome book which came in handy as we arrived very late the first night - UberEats! -Easily access downtown via Uber Cons: -Most places in this complex have on site filtration systems however this unit does NOT. This is a huge disadvantage especially if you have small children (think brushing teeth, washing your fruit, etc) we stayed here for 2wks over Christmas & it was a headache. I wish I would have confirmed this with the owner prior to booking. -Plumbing issues began the night we arrived (clogged sink backing up into the dishwasher), we notified the owner the following morning (Sunday) & unfortunately we did not have a working kitchen until the Wednesday -Listing states sleeps six however only 2 beach towels and 4 dinner plates -Listing states Ice machine however that would only be if it was set up on the fridge & the water was potable -WiFi only works in the living room -Rooftop deck photos show furniture however upon arrival there was nothing there -Neighbour’s dog poops all over their deck in the hot sun (disgusting) we were not able to enjoy our patio for any meals or any time for that matter (not the owner’s fault but absolutely worth mentioning) -From speaking with other guests on the property, it seems as though a lot of suites have a local concierge they can contact if they require assistance. Unfortunately we did not have that and I found that sometimes response time was lacking. We stayed 14 days & our place was not stocked accordingly for 5 people. It took 24hrs for toilet paper (yes I understand I could have purchased but this is besides the point) -Pool is not heated, it is freezing. My kids found the ocean warmer in Dec. My husband & I did not go in once in the 2wks. Overall we had a wonderful time. I would recommend the owners upgrading the water situation & perhaps adding a few more towels, face clothes & place settings.

Beautiful villa, some amenities missing

We had a great time staying here, excellent location and view. However, the wifi wasn’t working for the entire trip, water was not working on the first day, and there was no extra toilet paper or a hair dryer. Overall 4/5 since these are negligible things and we got a refund for the wifi issues, and the property was otherwise great. Would recommend.

Absolutely amazing!

Amir’s townhouse exceeded all my expectations. The photos in the listing don’t do it justice. It’s fully equipped with anything you would need. The master bedroom had the best view to wake up to and a cutest little balcony for a morning coffee. The patio from the main floor is shaded and surrounded by flowers and greenery, was perfect for breakfast. The property was very well maintained and had security 24/7. Would definitely recommend and hopefully comeback soon.

Little Piece of Paradise

Views were spectacular! Home is modern and tidy. Kitchen well stocked. Quiet complex (traffic noise from highway was minor) A car is helpful, too far to walk to beach. Pool is beautiful, even a small pool for young kids. . Costco super handy! Several restaurants within walking distance. Owner easy to communicate with, and answers quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone!
