This private, beautiful and very special waterfront lake house, located on "The Bluff," is available to enjoy for an unforgettable Keuka Lake vacation. Timber Cove Cottage is situated on a serene piece of property with 105' of prime lake frontage. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a peaceful Adirondack-like setting, breathtaking views of the lake and lots of privacy.

The stairs down from the street lead you to an outdoor deck with amazing lake views, a gas grill and a table with six chairs for outdoor eating, entertaining, reading, or just relaxing. Once you enter the cottage through the sliding glass doors on the deck, the open floor plan allows you to continue soaking in the beautiful views of the lake.

Furnishings in the cottage are clean, new or vintage chic with a bit of a 70s vibe. There is another large table and six chairs for indoor eating, a cute kitchen that is well equipped with everything you need to make nice meals (there is not a garbage disposal or dishwasher) and a sitting area with two couches and a table.

A spiral staircase leads you up to a large open loft bedroom which is the perfect space for the younger crowd to sleep and hangout. The loft has four twin beds, a futon couch, a large flat screened tv, two dressers and a lot of board games.

Back on the main floor, there are also two bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, dresser, closet and lake views. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, dresser and overlooks the treelined hill. Adjacent to the bedrooms is the bathroom with a small shower, sink/vanity and toilet.

We provide fresh, clean sheets for the beds, six bath towels and six beach towels, hand towels and wash cloths.

Once back outside, the outdoor deck leads you down a set of stairs to the incredible lake and expansive lawn to run around, play games in or just relax. There is a 15’ water trampoline in the water and a large fire pit on the lawn with six chairs.

Also down by the water, there are two docks, two lounge chairs, a sun umbrella, a kayak and a paddle board to enjoy during your stay.

The cottage stays relatively cool as it is protected by tall trees. However, if it is an especially hot day, there is a window A/C unit in the loft which cools the entire cottage down very nicely and makes sleeping very comfortable. The two main bedrooms and living area all have ceiling fans and the upstairs loft bedroom has a standing fan.

There is a gravel driveway directly across the street from our cottage for parking, there is enough parking for 3 cars.

Our cottage is situated on the scenic bluff of Keuka Lake. East Bluff Drive is a very quiet street with minimal traffic. It is a great road for walking, running, biking and enjoying more lake views. The lake is excellent for swimming and fishing. Water shoes are a good thing to bring with you if you prefer walking and wading in the shallow end.

If you feel like exploring the area even more, there is so much to do! We are conveniently located near the Keuka Lake Wine Trail and within close proximity to Penn Yan (about a 15 minute drive), where you will find restaurants, groceries and shopping. You can hike or bike and explore the Keuka Outlet Trail, go antiquing, golf, visit some wineries, breweries, check out Windmill Farm and Craft Market, and so much more!

Standing on our dock, you can spot The Olney Place across the lake too which is a great market and deli. They offer dockside pick-up too if you don't feel like leaving the lake and want to paddle board or kayak over.
