Family home with private garden, in a quiet area near Paris

This peaceful accommodation of 107m², which can accommodate 6 travellers (+1 baby), offers a relaxing stay for the whole family.
A 5-minute walk from the metro, you will reach Paris and all its wonders very easily!

You will enjoy a pretty living room open to the dining room and the kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom, a separate toilet, a terrace and a private garden.

The accommodations are composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- an entrance hall with wardrobe;
On the 1st floor:
- a 50 m² living room consisting of a living room with corner sofa and smart-TV (Oqee by Free box with Netflix subscription) and a dining room open to the American kitchen;
- a modern, fully equipped kitchen with: Senseo coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, gas hob and everything you need to cook;
- A separate toilet;
On the 2nd floor:
- Bedroom 1: a Queen-size bed (160×200) with smart-TV, cupboard, balcony and garden view;
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) with wardrobe and a desk area;
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200) with wardrobe (wardrobe and drawers);
- A large modern bathroom with double sinks, shower, bathtub and toilet.

For even more comfort, we provide the following additional equipment: cot, high chair, safety gates at the top of the stairs, free-standing fan, ironing board and iron.
Our washing machine is not accessible but there is a laundromat 50m from the house.

Outside:
A beautiful garden of 70 m², fully enclosed and private;
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Gennevilliers, 5 minutes walk from the metro, in a very quiet and pleasant cosmopolitan environment, in the immediate vicinity of a landscaped park with children's play structures.
You can benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as restaurants, bars, market...

Nearby activities:
- Visit the must-see sites of Paris 20 minutes away: Arc de Triomphe, Sacré-Coeur Basilica, Champs-Elysées, The Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Louvre Museum...;
- Stade de France 15 minutes by car (35 minutes by metro);
- For the Olympic Games: Arena La Défense in Nanterre (20 minutes by car) and the Yves-Du-Manoir Departmental Stadium in Colombe (18 minutes by car);

If you choose to come by car, you can park in the street or in the streets near the house (free public spaces with parking discs and paid underground public parking).

- Metro Line 13: Gabriel Péri station 5 minutes walk;
- RER C: Les Grésillons station 15 minutes walk;
- Nearest train station: Paris St-Lazare at 7 km (about 20 min by metro) and all the other stations in the capital can be reached quickly;
- Nearest airport: Paris-Roissy Charles de Gaulle (CDG) at 25 km (about 25 min by
car);
- Proximity to major roads: Paris highway loop, A86, A1, A15, A14...

- Welcome booklet inside the accommodation with all the necessary information for a pleasant stay and our recommendations of restaurants and activities nearby.
- Electric shutters on all windows.
- Sheets and towels included.
- Free Wi-Fi (fibre optic) and Netflix available.
- Public electric charging stations 200 m from the accommodation.
- The house is equipped with an anti-intrusion alarm system connected to a remote monitoring company and requires the use of a badge for deactivation. All the necessary information will be communicated to you before your arrival.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Please note that the accommodations are on 3 floors with stairs.

Access to the entire property except the garage and the first floor room (locked).

As this accommodations are our main residence, some cupboards are locked to preserve our belongings but we have provided space in each room for you to settle in.

- We limit the maximum number of nights for a booking to 14 nights. Being very concerned about the cleanliness of our accommodation, we have put this in place with the aim of providing intermediate cleaning for any stay longer than 14 nights. If you wish to book for more than 14 nights, please make 2 separate bookings so that we can charge for the intermediate cleaning.

- The end-of-stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a correct state of cleanliness and clean the appliances after use.
