Tastefully decorated by interior designers, with Smart TV's, WIFI, Large Bedrooms, Desk space, Beach chairs/Cooler, patio/yard, Bikes, and more. No no no!

WARNING: do not stay here! It is nothing close to being clean nor is it safe deck has broken places, stove rocks so bad could never cook on it, mold is bad in shower & front door… I could go on & on Do Not stay here!

Terrible experience with this rental☹️

I can’t even begin to explain how disappointed we were with our stay. We don’t ever take vacations but splurged last minute & booked this rental. On our way down our air conditioning went out so we were all excited about getting a shower & heading out to explore. However, when we opened the door to the rental it had not been cleaned from the guests before. There was food out, piled trash,etc. & ants. I contacted the renter & we had to wait an hour for someone to come clean. After it was cleaned, the bathrooms still had clumps of hair in them & we only had a few towels for 5 guests. After our 1st night we noticed the air conditioning was not working properly & i immediately contacted the owner/ manager. I was told it was being looked into but never got any help. I asked the entire time we were there for someone to please come help us with the ac. By the end of the day it was cooler outside than inside the rental. It was miserable. I was also expecting there to be a pull out sofa since the listing said it sleeps 6. It listed a king & queen bed so i assumed the sofa pulled out. It did not. I slept on the sectional couch that was stained & extremely uncomfortable. The amenities list that the unit has air conditioning but it needs to be noted that it is not central ac. There are wall unit in the den & bedrooms. If you cook or take showers it is unbearable. We also had problems with ants in the kitchen & roaches in the room with the king bed. The shower in the bathroom of the king bedroom is also really slippery & we almost fell every time we showered. We are just sad it turned out this way. We so needed a vacation & we’re hoping this would be a great experience but this rental really messed that up.

Great Stay at the Beach

The property was exactly as listed. Very clean, close to the beach and a nice quiet walkable neighborhood. Extremely & quickly responsive to our questions. If we are ever in this area again, would definately consider staying here again. A couple of things.... a few more towels and bath mats would have been helpful and a light over the table (we played cards in the evening and moved a light from the bedroom) A mirror in the master would have been helpful. Please move the clothes rods in the master closets down.... had to have my 6'3" husband hang/retrieve my hung clothes!!!!! These are very minor things that would have made the condo perfect and merit a 5**** rating.... wish I could have given a 4 1/2!

Very comfortable. Easy walk to beautiful, clean beach. Convenient to activities and restaurants in Palm Beach area. Responsive management.

Nice, quiet and safe property.

This property seems to fit 4 adults best, but owners have made changes to accommodate 5-6 people. The property manager was very quick to respond to our concerns. Awesome neighborhood. Close to beach, small pool. And eating, shopping establishments. Very happy with our stay.

We had the best time!!

The place was exactly as stated in VRBO, we walked to almost everywhere as it is conveniently located, Was perfect for the 3 of us!! Would love to stay again
