The Garden House, Hot Springs

The Garden House is an open and spacious home with all the amenities you need for a group to spread out and have their own space, or come together in the spacious living and dining room.

There is one bedroom with King sized bed, one with a Queen bed and a third bedroom with 2 twin beds. All beds have luxurious bedding - soft sheets, duvet comforters and comfortable pillows. Each bedroom has a closet for hanging clothes.

There are 2clean and tasteful bathrooms, one of which has a soaking tub.

The main house is an open concept with living and dining room space connected. Living room has a propane heater, comfortable sectional couch and smart, big screen tv, ready for you to watch a favorite movie with family. Cozy leather reading chairs adorned with blankets sit by the front window inviting quiet time or a space to play games. The dining table comfortably seats 6. Wi-fi is high speed fiber optic.

Kitchen has all the equipment you’ll need to cook dinner or make sandwiches before you hike. Outdoor propane grill comes with grilling tools and great views to look at while you cook. Cut some herbs from the cutting garden to make dinner taste even better or take a few flower clippings from our perennial flower garden for your dining room table.

Soak in the outdoor hot tub with your group whilst you look at the stars or take in the greenery surrounding you. Then have your evening meal outside on the back deck under the market umbrella and turn on the outdoor cafe lights for evening ambience.

Sit out on the front porch rocking chairs where you can watch the world go by and take in a glorious Hot Springs sunset and the mountains.

Overall this sweet house is a well-appointed and comfortable spot to use as a home base for enjoying the town of Hot Springs and surrounding areas. Hiking, rafting, tubing, fishing and the applachian trailare all within close proximity.

The Garden House does allow dogs that are pre-approved with a fee of $125 for up to 2 dogs.(no more than two). Keeping our homes clean, pristine and luxurious is very important to us and to our guests. For that reason and as a courtesy to all future travelers, dogsare not allowed on the beds or furniture and any excessive damage or cleaning due to pets will be billed accordingly.We ask that you please also pick up wasteafter your pet as a courtesy to us and all of our future guests

We are huge dog lovers ourselves. However, we do have rules with regard to our puppies and any puppies who are visiting our space.

The Garden House does allow up to 2dogs that are pre-approved with a fee of $125.000. No cats at the Garden House.

Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. We do provide a pet blanket for your ease and comfort. Any excessive damage or cleaning necessary after your stay,due to pets, will be billed accordingly. We also ask that you please pick up any wasteafter your pet as a courtesy to us and all of our future guests. Poop bags must be placed in the outdoor trash receptacle in a larger trash bag (not thrown in separately). thank you for taking good care of our place with regard to your pet.

We allow a maximum of 2dogs.To ensure the comfort of all our guests, we are STRICT about our pet policies. There is a dog fee for each dog to ensure the house is thoroughly clean for our next guests.
