This was a great stay! We had a sunny day with a great hike nearby and a rainy day with a massage downtown and a lazy afternoon in front of the fireplace. Hosts were attentive to needs even later at night. Great spot for a down to earth cabin experience.

The place was very nice and we really enjoyed staying here. The highlight is the back deck. We had perfect weather during our stay and we loved sitting on the back deck using the bbq, the gas fire pit, listening to the creek and the birds, and playing board games on the picnic table. The inside of the house was really nice as well. There was an issue at check in with something not being picked up before we arrived. We did report the cleanup issue to the property manager, and they apologized for the issue. Additionally, the place advertised there were beach towels for the river. We did not bring our own towels as a result, but there were only three beach towels and not four, which is how many people are in our family. Those are the reasons I gave a 4 out of 5, but we'd be happy to stay here again.

Fantastic Stay

If you are looking for a quiet beautiful stay in the redwoods, look no further. House was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. We had a lovely stay and would absolutely return.

We had a great stay here over thanksgiving. Everything was clean, the kitchen was great, and the fireplace and outdoor spaces are really peaceful. Thanks for hosting us!

Comfortable, Convenient, Quiet!

Well appointed and interesting furnishings, very well stocked kitchen if you cook, comfortable beds, we appreciated TVs in living room and in both bedrooms! The home is in a very quiet area in the woods (although neighboring homes are close), but very close to town (literally 3-4 minutes away). Will definitely stay there again!

Wonderful long weekend

Beautiful place. Very quiet in the middle of redwood forest. Beautiful back porch with gas fireplace to tell stories at night. Great and perfectly equipped kitchen, tv in every room, wonderful art on the walls, very comfortable beds and a great bathroom (the Japanese toilet seat was a hit!!!). We will be back!

Nice location for easy access to see redwoods, coast, vineyards. Loved the town- friendly people, good eating places. Overall had a great time!

Lovely Spot

All the amenities that you could ask for are in this home. So fabulous with regards to cooking and eating and washing at home. Ironically, we were in Guerneville during a ‘Heat Wave’ which in the valleys was well over 100 degrees, but due to the location of this treasure, it didn’t get too hot in the day and it cooled off beautifully in the evening. Thank you so very much for this beautiful rental - we hope to stay with you again.

Very nice house/poor management

This is a very nice, clean, comfortable house with all the amenities needed. The owners have obviously thought carefully about making guests feel welcome. The service and communication from the local property manager however was abysmal. On arrival we had no internet or cable service. The property manager was unable to get anything working the first night. We understand that things happen. No problem. The next morning at 8:45 she texted that she “would head over in a bit and not leave until this is fixed”. She never showed up, never texted or called. After several hours we inquired but she never answered any of our texts or calls. By the afternoon we called the main Vacasa line who contacted the property manager directly. We were told she had gotten busy and would be there at 4:45pm. She never showed up, called, texted or answered us. Luckily there was a different property manager covering the next morning. He came over immediately, was extremely apologetic, and fixed the problem. Having been a rental property owner myself, I would be appalled to know that my tenants could be treated so poorly. We certainly understand that things happen but communication is paramount. Just keeping us in the loop would have made all the difference. Instead a significant part of our first day and a half was wasted. I empathize with the owners and hope that they are able to address this problem.

Great location. Close to town. Home is beautifully appointed. Great restaurants. Easy car ride to the coastal areas. Easy communication with Vacasa support staff when needed.

Perfect stay!

This beautiful home is decorated perfectly the bathroom has beautiful extra amenities bring your own hair dryer. Every room has A TV. Lovely deck in the front huge Deck with gas Crystal fireplace in the back picnic table for the family to eat at Little River directly below. 2 minutes from Safeway 4 minutes from the local Beach look for the grass area and the fence there's an opening that's a wonderful Beach go to Main Street take a right 2 minutes on your left. This home was very quiet with great vibes very comfortable home I will be back.

Wonderful stay amongst the Redwoods

The house is nestled amongst the redwoods with a lovely stream running behind the house. Loved sitting on the deck with the fire going and listening to the stream trickling by the house. It is in a good location for exploring the area with nice wineries and nature to explore. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Adorable getaway in the woods

Comfortable getaway on the creek. This upstairs unit has everything one needs to relax for time away in a quiet wooded neighborhood. The space was clean and beautifully furnished.

Peaceful stay

What a lovely & cozy house. When we first arrived, it was very clean and just had a nice sense of cozy. We only stayed for two nights, in town for a memorial. The house did have everything you would need. We especially loved sitting by the firepit sipping our wine. It was the perfect size for our family of 5. We will definitely book here again. Also, the rental company is just wonderful! Always texting you and seeing how your stay is. Made it very very easy to just chill and relax with no worries. One of the best features......have to say was the heated bathroom floor and toilet seat : ) helpful when it's super cold out.
