Upper-level, beautiful and renovated one-bedroom apartment located in a two-story building in the marvelous Coral Gables, a calm and peaceful Miami neighborhood. Free parking on premises.

Fully-equipped kitchen, Wifi, smart tv, private washer & dryer, linen, towels, and courtesy toiletries for the beginning of your stay (we do not do replacements).

Although we do not provide daily cleaning, if you wish to have an extra cleaning in the middle of your stay, please let us know, and will be provided with an additional charge.

Early check-in and late check-out, if available, can be provided at an extra cost.

A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee. We accept certain breeds, given the size of the apartment and the canine itself. If it's a service dog, we would like for you to send us a photo of the certificate.

Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure, which will be shared via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions.
Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.

Please note that there is a requirement for a 6-month contract.
