Quiet resort condo near Disney, no extra fee

Gated community with 24 hour security guard and reception desk in club house.
2 bedroom, 2 bath on second floor of 3 story building, Large screened balcony facing south with trees.
Bahama Bay resort includes access to beach-style community pools, a clubhouse, a tennis court, sand volleyball courts, scenic nature walk and an on-site restaurant/pool bar. It's a short drive to Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal, and Legoland.

The Resort is a self catered resort (NOT A HOTEL, but someone's vacation home) and guest are supposed to buy items or supply once the ones start supplies are finish. It is customary that this is how these type of Resorts are run.

Someone shares their self catered vacation home with guests. not hotel, may not be good fit for every guest. Guests need to discuss with us first if any personal preference and request to make sure the home is good fit.

Vacation home kitchen is equipped and suitable for those who plan to prepare simple meals for dining in and not enjoying the area restaurants on vacation.

Guest are supposed to buy consumables once the "starter supplies" are finished. No coffee, salt and pepper provided. Guests can wash their sheet and towels in unit if necessary. Host is out of state and not able to supply additional starter kits, sheets and towels.

This is first floor condo unit in a three story building. Carpet free home.
No house phone.
No Key for bedroom, bathroom, safebox. Guest has to pay contractor for service.

Normal wear and tear exist in every home. Host can not promise the home is perfect fit for everyone, but guest is offer option to terminate and receive refund on "unused nights" to avoid negative experience.

For insurance and fraud protection, Guest ID and contact information required immediately after booking confirmation. Only registered guests can be in the home. Additional guests names have to be listed in registration.
