Amazing stay at waldemar’s rental,

We stayed for a week and right from check in to check out was easy and the house was exactly advertised. All tvs work great, internet was great. Pool and hot tub made it all that much better 5 stars

Best home away from home

Our small family and pup (Labrador) had the best time, the location was perfect, driving distance to everything you may need. The pool was perfect for us the outdoor spaces perfect for breakfast or dinner. We will be back.

Great Cape Coral Stay

The property was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Waldemar met us at the property at the appointed time and was very thorough in reviewing the home. Was very happy with the value and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this home.

Awesome rental property!

We had a great time during our stay. We were bummed that we cut our month short due to the corona virus. Wonderful property manager and we hope to be back next year. Very clean and well kept property. Thank you and we definitely give 5+ stars!!

Great vacation

We had a great time at Waldemar's villa. From the first contact to our departure, everything went very smoothly. Waldemar took excellent care of us. The house is very clean and well equipped. There is everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend the house to others.

Excellent relaxation get away!

This property was an excellent destination choice & heated pool/hot tub amazing! Loved the outdoor TV to listen to music or watch anything we wanted while enjoying our day. Loved the master walk-in closet to keep organized during stay. All amenities were outstanding. We enjoyed walking outside through all nice neighborhoods. Waldemar was very accommodating & helpful throughout booking process & stay! Best vacation home ever!!

Wonderful, relaxing stay

The house, pool and furnishings were exactly as described/pictured. We stayed at the house over New Year's Eve and prepared 2 extensive meals in the well equipped kitchen. The outdoor space was wonderful and very relaxing to sit outside with morning coffee or a cocktail in the evening. The beds were comfortable and the main living space, with reclining leather sofa, was very nice, including the fireplace. I would recommend this place, especially if you are interested in just hanging out and enjoying the pool and hot tub. If you plan to use the hot tub, make sure you turn up the heat in ample time to allow it to get up to temperature before you want to use it.

Home: 5 stars - absolutely beautiful home with everything you need and then some! This is a well kept home with very nice upgrades. Very comfortable furniture and bed (the master suite is huge). The showers were great (water temperature and pressure is important to me). The outside living space was amazing. Pool/jacuzzi by the canal. So relaxing!! Owner: 5 stars!! Waldemar is so easy to work with. He also meets you at the property to ensure you know where things are and how they work (which in today’s world is a nice extra touch). I found him very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely return as this was the nicest VRBO we have rented.

Beautiful home!

Our week at Villa Jade was absolutely wonderful. The listing was exactly as shown. The house, both inside and out, is gorgeous. The swimming pool was a lifesaver at keeping the grandkids happy during any downtime we had from boating. The kitchen was generously stocked with spices and plenty of cookware/dishes. An added benefit - 2 coolers (reusable ice packs in freezer SUPERBONUS!) and some camp/lounge chairs to take out each day. There were also a couple fishing rods, some sand toys and 2 bikes for our use. Our week was awesome, and I can't even come up with a nit-picky thing to complain about. Would definitely recommend!!

Where did time go?

This house was the epitome of relaxation. It was also spotless. Very up to date with furnishings and amenities. Waldemar was helpful and friendly to us. I would stay at this house over and over. Only two downsides which really couldn't be helped. The outside tv broke near the end of our stay. Waldemar addressed the issue promptly, even though a new tv couldn't be installed before we left. Second, fishing was an important factor to my sons, and there was pretty much no fish to be had in the canal. It didn't damper our stay, however. We enjoyed opening all the doors, eating outside, staring at the beautiful view, enjoying the stereo system and fireplace, etc. It was the perfect relaxing getaway.

Best vacation house ever!

Where do I begin! I've rented vacation home for the past 15 years and this has been, by far, the best experience. This absolutely immaculate home is located in a quiet residential neighbor within 5 mins of a variety of shops, restaurants, etc. Waldo was a great communicator, showing us how to operate various devices when we arrived, and was readily avail with questions if we needed assistance. Not a detail was overlooked on this house which included Smart TV with cable (hard to find cable these day), always heated pool, comfortable furnishings and well appointed kitchen. We have already rebooted for next year!

Very Nice!

We enjoyed our 1 week stay over Christmas in this home. If you enjoy and appreciate a quiet neighborhood, a lovely and spacious home that was very clean and updated, this is the home for you. The lanai was beautiful and much time was spent there. Waldemar was a wonderful host, easy to contact, quick to respond and interesting to talk to.

More then we could have ever expected

My husband and I were very anxious to see our son who had a job move to Cape Coral. We booked a home with another agency. After driving for 3 days to Cape Coral the home we rented had many issues. We didn't know where we would stay. Our daughter saw that the Pelican was available and said it looked really nice. We were just so happy to get a rent this quickly. Little did we know it would be so wonderful. We were thrilled with this beautiful home.The property manager made us feel so comfortable and welcome. The home is immaculate and beautifully decorated. It had everything we could possibly need. The~ Pelican~ is going to meet all your expectations. We give it 5 stars.

Great stay with kids

The house is beautiful and has lots of fun amenities: lots of flat screen TVs, pool with spa, next to canal for fishing and paddle boarding. We had a blast!
