1) Description

Welcome to our charming 38 m2 apartment, located at the foot of the sea, the thalasso and the famous Marcel Proust promenade.

Ideal for couples, small families or friends, this completely renovated duplex offers you all the comfort you need for a relaxing stay by the sea.

The city center of Cabourg is just a few minutes walk away, offering a multitude of activities and entertainment. Discover the local shops, restaurants and cafes or relax on the fine sand!

2) Apartment details:

• The entrance: Just to the right of the entrance, a separate toilet. To the left, a cupboard with various equipment useful for your stay (folding chairs, grill, travel cot...).

• The living room: A bright and welcoming space with a comfortable sofa, which can be transformed into an extra bed. This space is also composed of a flat-screen TV, fiber and a lift-up coffee table for your meals. The large French window opening onto the balcony with sea view, lets in a lot of natural light, creating a warm atmosphere.

• The balcony: The strong point of this balcony is undoubtedly its breathtaking view of the sea. This space is equipped with a table and chairs for having breakfast and meals in the open air. A shelf completes the equipment of this balcony (possibility to put the grill for your grills on it!).

The little +: Enjoy the magical moment of the sunset with an aperitif and let yourself be enchanted by the changing colors of the sky and the sea of Cabourg!

• The kitchen: Completely new kitchen equipped with everything you will need to prepare your meals: refrigerator / freezer; microwave / grill; hob; coffee makers (pods / filters); toaster; kettle; kitchen utensils.

• The first bedroom: A peaceful bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140 x 190 cm - sheets optional), a dressing room that serves as storage for your belongings. Ideal for resting after a day of discovery! For more comfort, the bedroom is equipped with a fan.

• The shower room: Direct access to the shower room via bedroom 1. This room is equipped with a sink, a towel dryer, a hairdryer, storage space and a shower. Toiletries available (shampoo and shower gel).
