Welcome to our large, spacious open plan home with 6 Bedroom, 5.5 Bathroom!

***PROPERTY OVERVIEW***
Large, spacious open plan home with space for multiple families wanting to explore all that Deer Valley and Park City have to offer. Set over three floors and multiple living spaces, everyone in your group will have the space that they need. This property has 6 large bedrooms. Two Living rooms with real wood fireplaces. Large double garage (will fit two mid to large SUVS). One or two cars can be parked on the driveway. Large outdoor balconies and patio spaces. 4-5 Person hot tub on the lower level. Quiet secluded back yard. Flat screen TV's throughout with options for cable or netflix/smart tv options.

***LOCATION***
Fabulous location in the Solamere division of Lower Deer Valley. Located on the main road through Solamere. A quiet secluded property surrounded by the beauty of Park City. A short drive to the base of Deer Valley parking lot and Snow Park Lodge. You can be on the slopes within minutes. If you want to go into town for restaurants, sundance locations or shopping we are just a few minutes drive from all the key locations in old town and main street Park City.

We had a wonderful stay at this Park City home. The space was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy to settle in and enjoy our time. Overall fine stay. Several things were broken or not working properly. Downstairs bedroom door lock broken. Sink in master bedroom leaking. Oven trays don’t stay in place and fall down. Powder bathroom toilet doesn’t flush well.

Perfect spot

This house was the perfect fit for our group of 10. The location was great, it was well stocked and check in/out was very easy. They were also able to accommodate a late check out for us at the last minute, which was extremely helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend the house for any big group looking for accommodations in park city/deer valley.

Beautiful home

We had a lovely time at this property. One issue though is that the kitchen fridge wasn’t cooling properly but Park City Hosts were very responsive in bringing us additional fridges. Our family loved the sledding hills and sleds for the kids. Overall, this is a fantastic property and we had a truly wonderful time as a family enjoying a ski week at Deer Valley. Highly recommend!

Your Doorway to Park City!

Hard to believe that any other place has such a handle on Park City! Communication with the host was on lock. This property was our open doorway to the mountains and really unlocked our adventure.

The location of the house and the space in the house were great. We were very excited when first arriving. Unfortunately there were a number of issues with the house which negatively impacted our stay. Specifically, the oven was not working (though the manager was ultimately able to fix it midway through our stay) the refrigerator and freezer broke (resulting in us having to throw out some food) and the WiFi was barely usable (so much so that combined with the poor phone signal we resorted to driving into town to make phone calls).

Perfect for families

The house was great for a couple of young families. Almost every bedroom has its own bath so it is easy to split up bedrooms equitably. The house is well equipped with a large garage. The only negative is that being downhill from the road, cell coverage is limited and the driveway can be a challenge to navigate in the winter. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Spacious Home

We are a 3 generation family who love to travel and ski together. This home has a lovely set up. We grandparents had a beautiful room near the kitchen and living room. Each of our 2 children, along with spouses and 2 children each had a private area with a king room, bathrooms and separate room with 2 beds for the kids. The middle room was another family room with tv. Jacuzzi was so fun, too!

The home just felt unmaintained; the upstairs shower didn’t drain, the master shower,s handle felt like it was going to fall out of the wall. The primary fridge did not get cold, there were boards lifting outside of the hot tub, exposed wiring w/electrical outlet/s not covered.

Fabulous house. Outstanding service!

The house is gorgeous, incredibly bright and sunny with comfy furniture. It's cozier than it looks in the pictures. It's perfectly designed and was perfect for hosting two dinners of 12 people. The house was spotlessly clean upon arrival. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I did a lot of cooking, and the kitchen was perfectly equipped. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and easy. The staff at PCH were responsive and very accommodating. I give my experience there the highest rating.
