Zély is an elegant 65m² apartment, redecorated in June 2023 and can accommodate up to 4 people.



It is ideally located in the heart of downtown Concarneau, opposite the covered market, less than a minute walk from the gated city and only 5 minutes from the beaches of the Corniche.



Zély offers you a perfect setting to enjoy the lively and warm atmosphere of Concarneau.



The space:



As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by a long hallway that serves all the rooms in the home.



You will first discover the two beautiful bedrooms, offering you tranquility and privacy, because they are located on the courtyard side of the building. Then you will find a beautifully appointed bathroom with walk-in shower as well as a bathtub. In addition, a separate toilet and a laundry area are also at your disposal, for optimal comfort.



Finally, the large bright living room with its view of the iconic monuments of Concarneau, reveals itself. You will find a comfortable living room, dining area open to an equipped American kitchen.

Linen rental:



Our concierge offers you the rental of linen during your stay: Bed linen kit + towels: 20€ per bed.



Bedding size- 1 bed of 180/200 and two beds of 90/200.

This is optional, it must be requested when booking.

Zély is located in a very well-maintained small condominium in downtown. Entry will be via a door secured by a digicode (we will communicate the code to you the day before your arrival).



Other things to note

Please note: there is no parking space, but you will find paid parking right in front of the apartment. (Free in winter).

Free parking spaces are also available in the alleys parallel to the apartment.
