Located on the ground floor, it includes:
- a mezzanine with a double bed;
- a functional shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a relaxation area with a sofa bed.
You will particularly appreciate its brightness and calmness.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Cot, Television, Iron, Microwave, Senseo coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
The accommodation is ideally located:
- in a residence with a tennis court and a shared pool;
- a few steps from various restaurants;
- 300 m from the supermarket "Vival" By Casino";
- 350 m from the Tourist Office (which informs you about the city and offers you various excursions) .
- a 10-minute walk from the center of Gruissan;
- 5 minutes drive from the beach.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.

Between the sea and ponds, in the heart of the Narbonne Regional Natural Park in the Mediterranean, stands the old village of Gruissan, with a circular shape, dominated by the medieval tower Barberousse.
In addition to its village with typical alleys, the municipality of Gruissan invites you to discover its two marinas and, two kilometers away, its pretty seaside resort labeled Pavillon Bleu. The resort of Gruissan-Plage also has the peculiarity of being endowed with a picturesque area made up of 1 300 chalets on stilts. In addition to its many summer activities, Gruissan hosts every year in May the Festejades, a large popular festival that for three days brings together, in a festive atmosphere, concerts, fanfares and batucadas.
