The neighborhood is quiet, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of traffic, and benefits from proximity to the beaches and golf courses of Seignosse and Hossegor, as well as the sparkling Lac d'Hossegor.
Just 500 m away, you'll find the Estagnots beach, a renowned surfing spot, and the famous Le Surfing restaurant. Golf courses are 1.5 km and 4 km away, while Les Halles d'Hossegor and the incredible outlet shopping area are 4 km away. Cycle paths and the Paneuropéen are 300 m away. There's also a bakery and tobacconist's 400 m away! And that's not all! A concert hall and water park are also nearby.
