The unit came fully equipped with every thing you would need in the kitchen. Unit very clean. 2 bedrooms. Very quiet neighborhood. About a 5 minute walk to the pool, and another minute to "A" Bay Beach. Owner was very responsive to any and all inquires. Without hesitation we would stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great Condo!

This condo is wonderful - we appreciated the location, you can walk to the beach, the pool, the Hilton, and the shops. The condo has a little view of the water and it was clean and quiet. We definitely recommend this place. Thank you for a great visit!!

Amazing location close to beach and pool

Super spacious condo that was more than enough for the four of us. Great kitchen and grill area made for easy homemade meals. Infinity pool was awesome and a short walk to the beach for snorkeling or just laying in the sun and sand. Would highly recommend this vacation spot!!

Big Island Getaway

Amazing property. The unit is located in a wonderful community close to everything! We loved the convenience, the pool and easy access to the beach. The unit was superbly equipped. Will be back!

Beautiful high end condo in a gated community. Large kitchen equipped with anything you would ever need. Bonus outdoor kitchen is on a patio with wonderful views. Second floor is ideal for anyone staying at this locaion, you are high enough to get views, one flight of stairs for access, or elevator. Private community pool club is top noch with hot tub and kiddie area. Private access to beach is just beyond pool, a leisurely 5 minute stroll. Did have a couple of questions during our stay and the host was quick to respond. Kings Shops are an easy 10 minute walk (or 2 minute drive). I would highly recommend a rental car for your vacation stay, they don't call it the "Big Island" for nothing! No worries, dedicated covered parking steps from your condo. Already planning to come back to this condo next year!

Fantastic

No other thing to say other than it was fantastic and I don't use that word loosely. Owners were very responsive when we had questions, property location is perfect, pools, beach, restaurants, shopping all about a 10 minute walk in either direction. May have been best family vacation we have had, and we will reach out to go again. Thank you and Mahalo!

Wonderful place in Kolea

Amazing two bedroom / bathroom unit with a large fully equipped kitchen and living room. It has everything you need to enjoy the beach. The owner and manager were great and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Absolutely beautiful condo with every amenity you could dream of! Beautiful view from lani and packed kitchen and beach toy closet! EJ was a pleasure to deal with. Communication was fantastic. He and the property manager were available and responded with any questions I asked. The location is great related to that part of the island. We enjoyed the beach associated with the property and the pool was a great way to chill at the end of the day. Parking was easy. We had ample storage for our luggage for family of 5. The beach toys and snorkel gear the owner has in the closet is a nice touch. As well as beach towels. We bought a few snorkels for our family and used the ones provided. Beds are all comfortable. Living room space is ample. The lanai was nice as well. I would absolutely stay again. We loved the location and the property.

Large, clean and perfectly placed condo

The condo was a good size for our family, perfect location walking distance to the beach club and beach. While there isn’t an ocean vista, there was a good view out over towards the Marriott next door with festive tiki torches. Super clean, great kitchen space and VERY comfortable beds. Wonderful hosts as well - responsive, thoughtful, and they even had Christmas decorations up (and we visited two days after Thanksgiving!). Overall a wonderful stay!

Week in paradise

Our stay began with some challenges as the ac unit was not working. Although the repair was made the next day, we had to move to a hotel for one night because it was too hot to stay in the apartment. While we did receive a partial refund for the first night, having to move into a hotel was tiresome and inconvenient. The unit itself was very spacious. However, the furniture and decor in the living room is in need of an upgrade.
