Steps from Riverfront Gondola, Modern Cozy Condo, Free Underground Parking

Great location! This Seasons at Avon condo is a quick two-minute walk to the Riverfront Express Gondola, which takes you to Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, and Arrowhead. Or hop on the FREE express bus to Vail, which stops next to the building. Walk to a variety of excellent restaurants in Avon, or take the shuttle to the main village of Beaver Creek (the shuttle stop is in front of the building).

Enjoy the view of Beaver Creek from the balcony and living/dining room. The living room has a gas fireplace.

The primary suite has a queen bed and bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a twin-over-double bunk bed. There is a second full bathroom.

The unit includes a washer/dryer. There is elevator access to the condo from the heated underground garage.

In addition, all guests of our unit will have full access to Blue Bird Ski Lockers. This includes a 4 ski locker, lounge area, coffee bar, snacks, and boot dryers. It is located in the main lobby of the Seasons.

Right next door is the Avon Rec Center, an indoor facility with a lap pool, lazy river, zero-entry kids pool, water slide, hot tub, and fitness center. Nottingham Lake is a short walk and offers ice skating in the winter; swimming, paddle boarding, beach volleyball, and free concerts in the summer; and a large playground for the kids year-round.

There is no AC in the unit. We have several fans.

Please note, bedroom windows face the exterior hall and do not have Mountain views.

Per the HOA: The Seasons is a non-smoking building. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the condo or on the balcony. Quiet hours are 9 pm-8 am. No pets. By renting our unit, you agree to follow these regulations.

Renter must be 25 years of age or older.

Please note our cancellation policy. Optional Travel Protection is available through vrbo/Generali.

Communication by host made stay easy. Place was well appointed with some nice little touches that I appreciated. The Avon bus stop is right outside the door which if you figure out the buses (core transit and Avon) is a pretty easy way to go ski vail or get to BC main base area, or go out to eat around area. It’s a pretty short walk across street to BC gondola connect and the ski locker was a nice convenient setup right by doors on/out of bldg.

Very clean, plenty of room for our family of 4. The location was perfect. Lots of walkable options for meals, just a short walk to the riverfront gondola or the bus station. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent apartment. Very clean and nicely furnished. Great location with easy access to Beaver Creek via frequent nonstop buses to village. Extremely responsive host. The ski locker is a nice amenity, and the underground parking is a plus. Hope to stay again.

We had the pleasure of staying here for 8 nights as we visited Avon! The open floorplan condo is beautifully-decorated and furnished and includes 2 BR and 2 baths along with a dining area, desk if you need to WFH, and a balcony with a grill. The master suite was incredibly quiet and the spa shower was relaxing after hiking the nearby Eagle Valley Trail. Well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The home is walkable to several restaurants, the post office, and a grocery store. Check-in process was super easy and Lori is a communicative host. We loved staying in this condo!

Powder Days at Beaver Creek

This was an exceptional stay for a few days of powder skiing at Vail and Beaver Creek. The condo is perfect in every way for an enjoyable active and fun vacation. You are close to the slopes (very short walk to the gondola), close to the great restaurants and have the benefit of a beautiful view of the mountain. Five stars in every way.Lori, the owner, is always available and is super pleasant. An individual who is truly happy that you are happy.We are ready for a return trip!

Awesome mountain condo

Condo was beautiful and clean. Location was great, easy access to the skier shuttle and gondola. We loved the low key feel in Avon. Owners were by far the best I have ever dealt with. Great communication and lots of thoughtful details to make it a great stay. When we go back to Avon/Beaver Creek we will definitely book the same condo again.

Perfect condo for skiing

We had such a wonderful time visiting and skiing! This condo was just perfect and exactly what we needed. We appreciated the extra touches like lots of towels, bar soap, makeup wipes, laundry detergent, and kitchen utensils, not to mention the ideal location for skiing and meal options. The Riverfront gondola was about a 3 minute walk from the ski locker. The free, safe parking was a huge added bonus as well. Highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit Avon or ski Beaver Creek!!

Thanksgiving 2024

We had a wonderful week in Avon! The community was so welcoming and Colorado showed out with 30” of fresh white powder! The location was fantastic as we prefer to walk to restaurants, bars, grocery store, etc. We enjoyed a fantastic home cooked Thanksgiving meal without all the prep thanks to the Farmers Market in Avon Village

Sweet Retreat

Peaceful location accessible to river trail, restaurants, groceries, park, and lake. Free parking and shuttle to Beaver Creek. Vail is a few miles within distance as well. Owners are thoughtful in providing all amenities for a comfortable family stay

Great location and fantastic host!

We were supposed to stay at Lori’s condo for 2 days around July 4th. However, Lori reached out to us a week earlier, informing us that the streets would be closed on our day of arrival and getting access to the condo would take some time. She suggested we reach a night earlier (at no extra cost) and avoid the street closures. I really appreciate Lori going an extra mile to make sure we really enjoyed our Stay in Avon and that it was hassle-free. Lori has a beautiful condo. The location is even better cause we were walking distance from the July 4th events. Also, we got to enjoy the fireworks from the condo itself. Thanks again for a wonderful stay Lori!

Home Away From Home

We were so impressed by how homey the condo felt. Not only did the owners provide all the essentials needed to prepare meals in the spacious kitchen, they took the time to consider how visitors of all ages may want to spend their leisure time. The space was well stocked with books for all ages and interests, games, movies, and baskets of toys for the little ones. We felt so at home and would love to return for another visit in the future.

Generous, impeccable place!

We were so happy with the generous sizing of the bedrooms and living room, complete with plenty of fans for air circulation and utensils for cooking, books to read and games to play - the extras that, along with cozy decor, made it feel welcoming and really easy to be in. The walking proximity to stores was a bonus too! Highly recommend.

Beaver Creek Getaway

The building was a little quirky but the condo unit is awesome. Very clean, equipped with everything you need, easy check-in and parking. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The unit is just steps from the Avon Station Beaver Creek Skier Express bus stop which takes you up to Beaver Creek Village or Vail Village (free and easier than driving to Vail).

Beaver Trip 2024

Apt was great, easy in and out from the lift across the street. Apartment was very clean and not dusty. Just wish that the master had king size bed, but the queen was comfortable and cozy. Thank you Lori for easy and detailed communication. Definitely will come back.

Perfect place in Avon

Super convenient, absolutely lovely place with excellent communication by owners. Exceeded all my expectations. We loved this well located (essentially ski in/ski out- just steps from Gondola) place. Owners had it furnished with every comfort.

Jeff and Lori both come from skiing families and have passed on the love for the mountains to their son. Jeff grew up in the Pacific Northwest with ski instructor parents. He and his siblings were competitive skiers. He competed in ’92 Olympic Games in Albertville and then coached in 4 Olympics. Lori grew up skiing at Loon Mountain in New Hampshire and also competed for the national team. Our son is a talented snowboarder and climber who especially loves back country powder days with his father.

Jeff has had a soft spot for the Vail Valley. He lived in Avon right out of high school, soon after Beaver Creek was established. He worked in a ski shop inside the Poste Montane in Beaver Creek village and trained at Vail/ Beaver Creek. These days, we run to the mountains when our schedules allow, whether hiking in the summer/fall or chasing powder in the winter. We hope your enjoy your time in this special place.

We like the small town feel of Avon and the amazing restaurants. We LOVE being able to walk two minutes to the Riverfront Gondola! At night, we look out the slider and watch the groomers lay some corduroy on our favorite Beaver Creek cruisers.
