New in the activity of host, I wish you to enjoy the best location of the Lecques, quiet while being very close on foot to the beach (150m), all the tourist sites, shops and amenities.

The apartment is equipped for telecommuting (2 desks with screens, keyboards and mice).

You will stay in an 18th century apartment completely refurbished and full of charm, next to the Notre-Dame-des-Vertus chapel, between Bandol and La Ciotat, very close to the effervescence of southern life: lively terraces, ice cream vendors, restaurants, colorful markets, and yet peaceful.

The apartment, with a capacity of 4 people and a surface area of 40 m², consists of:

* a fully equipped kitchen (with Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, top fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, utensils, dish towels and crockery)
* a separate living room, open to the kitchen, with a sofa bed for 2 people (Poltronesofa, 140 cm, rapido opening system, excellent sleeping) equipped with:
- a 124 cm TV
- a desk equipped with 2 Samsung 21" computer screens, a keyboard, a mouse.
* a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed equipped with:
- a closet
- a 102 cm TV
- a desk equipped with a 21" Samsung computer screen, a keyboard and a mouse.
* a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, washing machine.
* a balcony

The apartment is through and its 60 cm thick walls, made of stone, as the old ones did, keep it cool. However, a free-standing fan is available.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor, with individual access via a staircase (7 steps), leading to the balcony in front of the front door.

Free parking on the street. Free parking from 1/11 to 31/01 is about 70 metres away

End-of-stay cleaning is included. However, it will be necessary to make the kitchen clean and tidy.

Rental for a minimum of 6 nights out of season.
Weekly rental (Saturday to Saturday) in July, August, and for the Christmas school holidays.

Check-in time: between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Check-out time: before 10:00 a.m.
At your request, these times may be modified according to other bookings and after agreement between you and us.
Please note: we will welcome you in person, and will be present for your departure.

Minimum age of the renter: 23 years old

Parties and gatherings are not allowed in this accommodation.
Commercial photography and filming are not allowed without our express agreement.
No noise after 22:30 out of respect for the neighbours.
