Accommodation: A major project is currently underway at the Orres 1800 (on the former Terre Rouge public parking lot).This work, independent of our will and likely to impact this housing, could generate noise (daytime) and visual nuisances (with the presence of cranes).This pleasant studio of 30 m2 can accommodate up to 4 people.Ideally located, you will be just steps away from the main square of the 1800 Orres in the building "Les Colchiques" of the Haut de Préclaux to make the most of the shops and its many activities.The apartment consists of an entrance with storage, a sleeping area, a large living room with equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with a TV, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.On the sleeping side, you will have two single beds in 80 x 190 cm in the night corner and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.For your convenience, enjoy a private ski box to store your gliding equipment and unlimited access to the residence's beautiful outdoor swimming pool and sauna cabins open in season only, summer and winter.
