Accommodation: This 2 rooms with a beautiful area of 37 m2 is ideally located in the center of the resort of Orres 1800, in the building "Les Érines" of the residence of Hauts de Préclaux, at the foot of all amenities: bakery, superette, restaurants, ski rental shops.... It will bring you the necessary comfort for an ideal stay in the mountains! The living room consists of a seating area and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, etc... The living room opens onto a south facing balcony to fully enjoy the sun of the Southern Alps! As for sleeping accommodations, you will have a bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 cm, a sleeping area with two single beds 80 x 190 cm and the sofa convertible into a double bed in the living room. The bathroom with bathtub will offer you a moment of relaxation after your sports days in the mountains. THE MOST: - a private ski box is at your disposal - unlimited access to the residence's superb heated outdoor swimming pool and sauna cabins (this area is open in season only, summer and winter)- a parking space in the underground car park can be reserved with the agency (extra charge)
