We are on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, a few minutes to the beach, one hr from New Orleans. A beautiful, quiet community featuring golf courses, tennis courts, pools, relax. Come and explore the Gulf Coast region. Come and play our golf courses the PINE or the CARDINAL or Spend a weekend, a week or a season. NON SMOKING INSIDE and QUIET GUESTS ONLY! Although there is No smoking inside, all our neighbors smoke and there could be the smell of smoke inside and on the balcony.

If you are traveling for work and require multiple weeks or Months, please ask us and we will accommodate your needs.

The space
PLEASE READ all details and DON’T have the wrong expectations!!!! Our cleaning staff follows strict CDC cleaning guidelines. No share AC units and private entrance. Be safe don’t stay in hotels or motels. We love our little Condo. It works as a “get away” from our busy lives, we hope it will be the same for you! Couples love our serine location for the quiet, private, relaxing, charming and convenient experience!

This is NOT an upscale hotel with room service! Yet, It’s an updated small Condo (650 square ft) on the second floor of a multi unit complex. We are not a Studio space, we are a true condo sized unit, with plenty of elbow room. Enjoy your coffee or tea on your private balcony overlooking a Park like setting with a pond and mature oaks. Enjoy a novel on the cozy furnishings that remind you of the old Mississippi Gulf Coast. Make this your home away for a few days or several winter weeks in a central location while you explore the little towns along the gulf coast. Venture out to New Orleans, Biloxi both are within an hours drive.

Our charming condo is 650 square feet in size and on the second floor.

Accommodations are for 2 adults in a Queen bed and 1 other in the common living area.

Additional information:

*Our condo has a balcony, overlooking a lake to view sunrise or a quiet sunset.

*It has a queen-size bed in the private bedroom with locking doors.

*In the common space we have a fold out single bed (we provide bedding/pillow/towels).

*Great bathtub and spacious shower, all on a single level and a true size bathroom and soaking tub/shower.

*Fully equipped tiny kitchen for cooking or walk to the clubhouse with great restaurant.

*The golf course is popular and the clubhouse is next door. You can rent whatever you need.

*Other features are:

-15 minutes to available sandy beaches.

-1 hour drive to NOLA, the French Quarter or the Superdome.

* Shopping and casinos. 30 minutes to Biloxi.

*A shopping complex about 5 minutes down the road with grocery store, deli, hardware, post office and numerous restaurants and shops.

*Workout facilities charge $6 daily per person, good for all day ... nearby at the shopping area.

*Diamondhead has a marina and excellent restaurant with a back deck overlooking the boats and the water.

*Diamondhead even has a private plane airport. Gulfport has the closest commercial airport.

*For anyone traveling with a boat, there is a launch ramp, with overnight docking available for a fee. The boating potential from here is awesome as there are waterways everywhere.

Guest access

*Lakeside Villa has two great swimming pool during the summer season (June - October) only steps away from your front door.

*Laundry facilities, coin operated are located on the ground floor of the two adjoining buildings.

*Additional facilities are available at the Clubhouse ; with pools (through October 31) and facilities with a purchased day pass (For details check our house manual for fees, through the golf clubhouse).

*Any guest wanting to book over 28 days, must sign a lease agreement and a deposit prior to 48 hours before the check in date.
Guest access
A small one bedroom condo (650 square feet in size) for adults in a quiet relaxing community. Full access to the condo and balcony.

*The condo complex pools that require bracelets, we will provide. (Loss of these will cost you an additional fee).

*One day membership for the Club pools at the Clubhouse; available at an additional fee, see the House manual for details.

*Golf and Tennis are an additional fee, see manual for details..
Other things to note
-We have TVs with Wi-Fi access. You can use your Netflix, Sling, Amazon Prime or other steaming services with your personal password. There is also an antenna for local channels. We do not provide cable.

We have smoke and monoxide carbon detectors for your safety, attempt to disable any of these devices is a violation of lease terms.

We have a Noiseaware system to prevent noise violations.

Note: The Condo is situated in a subtropical region. Ants and roaches are endemic to this region of the country. We fumigate regularly and clean to insure the Condo is clean of anything that will attract these bugs. For that reason, we ask for your cooperation while you stay with us. Eat in the designated eating area and clean up any crumbs. Do NOT leave any food in the open on counters or shelves. Place them in containers or in the freezer. Also, place the garbage out in the large container frequently to prevent bugs from having a reason to entrée. If you get a multi legged visitor, use the bug spray under the kitchen cabinet and let us know where you spotted one and if it was alive.

-Cancel For Any Reason Coverage (CFAR) insurance is highly recommended for all longer summer vacations or travel during storm seasons in our area. It is your responsibility to take out this kind of insurance for any travel, as we have a no cancellation policy.
