With family or friends, come and enjoy the authentic charm and the very modern comfort of this stone cottage, restored in the respect of the traditional building. It is located in an old wine property, close to the owners' house, surrounded by a large enclosed park with trees and flowers of 1.7 hectares. Depending on the weather or the mood of the day, dine or rest in the veranda or on the terrace. Relax by the common heated swimming pool, isolated in its green setting. Children and adults alike will appreciate the shade of the hundred-year-old trees to read, play ping-pong or swing.On the ground floor: an American kitchen, a living room with wifi internet, a lounge area with a sofa bed (2 beds), television, a bedroom en suite, its private shower room with toilet. On the ground floor: a second bedroom en suite, its private shower room with independent toilet. Fuel central heating. The common heated swimming pool (subject to weather conditions, open from June to September) is gently sloping with stairs, measuring 9.50 x 4.15 and the depth varies from 1m to 1.70m, and is shared with the gite Le Logis de Tresse reference 46G12884 and the Lodge reference 46G12912.
