The house is situated in a two-house complex with shared entrance in the quiet and residencial neighbourhood of Melipal. Great location at the foot of Cerro Otto, 4 km from city center, 1 km from lake Nahuel Huapi and 13 km from Catedral ski resort. Restaurants, bars, supermarket and petrol station are within walking distance.

Each house has its own space, parking and yard. The entrance is through an electric gate and each house has an alarm.

The house is fully equipped with everything you will need to have a great experience in Bariloche. It was built in 2019 and it has a modern design mixing stone, wood and big windows providing lots of natural light. It can be very warm and cozy during the winter time and very fresh during the summer time.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed and looks to the backyard. The second bedroom has two single beds (possibility to make one queen bed on request). There is also a super confortable sofa bed in the living room, that sleeps up to 2 adults. Both bathrooms have toilet, bidet and shower (main bathroom also has bathtub).

The dinning room and the living room are integrated with the kitchen. There is a beautiful fireplace, ideal for the winter months. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking great meals, gas oven, gas stoves, microwave, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, etc.

Outside, on the backyard you will find a private BBQ area with Nahuel Huapi lake views, ideal for having lunch or dinner in the summer time.
