It is extremely peaceful and quiet in the mountains and it is easy to hear the nature outdoors.

It is important to note that due to it being so quiet, noise is taken very seriously and there are noise monitors on the property

The internet here is Starlink WiFi services, offering speeds up to 200 Mbps, and is the best WiFi option available in the mountains!

Traveling during the winter has significant risks in Colorado due to snow storms. We provide a plowing service, however, during a storm it can take significant time for the driveway to be plowed. There are shovels and snow plow equipment provided in case of snow storms. During the winter months ALWAYS have chains available even if you have four wheel drive and/or snow tires.

During the summer there is extreme fire danger. There is absolutely NO tolerance for smoking and outdoor fires during the summer months. The county will HEAVILY fine you for creating any campfires plus it will be documented via cameras and/or neighbors.

Parking is limited to three cars. The driveway is very steep so please be cautious when driving during the snow or rain..

Since all stays are 30+ days and priced accordingly, we do not provide some basic consumables such as soaps, shampoos, paper towels, or toilet paper. There is a Costco (25 min) and a local King Soopers for any additional supplies you may need.
