Welcome to our magnificent villa, ideally located just a stone's throw from the famous Montalivet market and a 5-minute walk from the beach.

The interior of the villa features modern, high-quality furnishings, ensuring a pleasant and convenient stay. Every space has been designed for your comfort and relaxation, with modern amenities to meet all your needs.

The villa has three bedrooms, including two double beds and two single beds, accommodating up to 6 people.

The master bedroom offers direct access to the villa's terrace, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors in complete tranquility.

Bedroom number 2, bright and comfortable, is equipped with a double bed and offers a pleasant space to rest.

Bedroom number 3, ideal for children, has two single beds that can be transformed into a double bed by adding a bedspread, allowing the villa to comfortably accommodate three couples.

All bedrooms are equipped with high-quality bedding and ample storage for maximum comfort and convenience.

The open-plan kitchen with a central island is perfect for cooking while sharing pleasant moments with your loved ones. An extendable table allows six people to sit comfortably inside for convivial meals.

The TV area, located right next to the kitchen, is equipped with a giant screen and a comfortable sofa that can accommodate 6 adults. It's the perfect place for movie nights or to watch your favorite sports competitions.

The terrace is also set up so you can spend memorable moments in our villa. Enjoy our custom outdoor lounge, use our barbecue to prepare delicious meals, and savor regional products bought at the nearby market. A large outdoor table allows you to dine together while enjoying the garden.

The house is located by a busy road at the entrance to Montalivet. The market, just a stone's throw away, is the main attraction of the resort, so you can expect the street to be busy from late morning until about 3 PM. The terrace can sometimes be a bit noisy in high season, but nothing that will prevent you from enjoying the villa's exterior.

You will have access to the entire accommodation except for our technical room.

To ensure a peaceful stay for all our guests, we do not accept pets and parties are not allowed.
