Ideally located 100 m from the "current", on the road to the beaches, you will enjoy bike rides to crisscross the region: the cycle path passes right next to the T2 and will lead you, among others, to the beach of the current (1 km) to Mimizan beach (2.9 km) or to the lake of Aureilhan (3 km)...
The accommodations are just 2 km from the entertainment, restaurants and shops of Mimizan Plage.

The T2 of approximately 28 m² consists of:
– a large air-conditioned room with exposed beams and open kitchen and lounge area with sofa and smart TV
The open kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensil and crockery in quantity.
– an 8 m² bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a large closet
– a bathroom with shower, washbasin
– a separate toilet
– a south-facing terrace with deckchairs.
- Two bicycles are available if you wish (on request and at no extra cost)
You will have a guaranteed parking space in front of T2.
