Our updated and beautifully decorated 3 story townhome is located in Bayside Resort Golf Club. Walk to the largest Bayside recreation complex with multiple pools, a splash zone, a playground, and courts for tennis, pickle ball and basketball. Drive 5.5 miles to beautiful Fenwick Island beach or stay within Bayside and enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, a private dog friendly private beach on the bay, nature trails, a dog park, fishing or an outdoor show at the Freeman stage.

Bayside resort has a shopping center located at its entrance which includes a Harris Teeter supermarket with a Starbucks, a CVS pharmacy, a McDonalds and a pizzeria and ice cream shop.

Our home offers plenty of space for multiple families with all the added extras to keep all ages occupied. The garage houses a ping pong table, beach gear including chairs and a cooler, and 6 bicycles to ride around the beautiful community of Bayside.

The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances with plenty of room for all guests to eat together. The dining table has room for 10, while the breakfast table and kitchen island seat 4.

The master bedroom is fitted with a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a twin bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. The second bath has a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.
The fourth bedroom boasts a queen bed and a chaise lounge with a newly renovated walk-in shower across the hall.
We provide all the linens and towels needed for your stay. (including beach towels)

One of our favorite spaces is our second story outdoor covered balcony which overlooks a large open access lawn area where families and dogs can play.

We had a fantastic time. The house is clean, and the amenities are over the top. Great location if you're bringing a dog. One of the pools is a 3-block walk and we all enjoyed it, especially after visiting the beach. I recommend you stay here in your future travels.

Relaxing, fun, and loved every minute of our stay.

We enjoyed our time so much and Dawn was an amazing host. My dog and I would get up bright and early and walk for hours and hours every day enjoying the area, then relax on the 2nd level deck with coffee and water afterwards. The home is so inviting, comfortable, and there’s everything you could imagine available to make your stay fun and relaxing. My fiancé and I had so much fun just riding the bikes that are provided at the home all around and felt like kids as we met up with friends who were also staying at different homes in the area. Highly recommended staying here and we will definitely be back again if we ever get the chance to enjoy a break from our busy lifestyle. Thank you again Dawn, for letting us rent your beautiful home.

Great Townhome in Bayside

The property was very clean and conveniently located near the outdoor pool with a splash zone—perfect for us with three young kids. The neighborhood was quiet and well-maintained. Dawn was very responsive to any questions we had. This place was ideal for our family vacation with six adults and three kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome, clean home! Within walking distance to enjoy the pool and pickleball courts. Home has everything you need, including games, puzzels, ping pong, beach chairs, beach/pool towels. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place

We had an amazing stay! This is our 4th straight year visiting Bayside and this rental was perfect for our family of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids). The location was super close to the pool and was QUIET! Super spacious, comfortable beds, and a great covered porch made all the difference. Communication with Dawn was exceptional and she made sure we had everything that we needed. Hope to visit this rental again next year!

Perfect!

We were in town for a softball tournament and extended our stay to have a mini vacation. The house was amazing, our kids played various board games and rode bikes around the neighborhood. The house is location within walking distance to a pool which we took advantage of. Communication with Dawn was excellent! Would stay here again!

Wonderful townhouse in Bayside Resort

Super clean, quiet and conveniently located house in Bayside Resort, our community of choice on the Delaware coast. Warmly decorated with spacious kitchen, bright eating area, comfy living room, great porch overlooking a grassy area. The beds were very comfortable and the downstairs bedroom was perfect for my son and his wife and 5 month old to set up for the week. Keyless entry, nice bike (and helmet) selection, beach towels and chairs were provided. We were able to bring our dog, which was great. Even though Tropical Storm Orphelia came during our stay, we were still able to golf several times on the very challenging Jack Nicholas course and enjoy the beach and various amenities of the resort like the pools and gym. Easy ride up to Bethany Beach and Rehoboth. Communication with Dawn was excellent. Look forward to returning next year!

Relax and Enjoy!

Communication with Dawn to get us set up and pass on details was excellent. The pre-purchase of guest passes was crucial for our week as it stormed and rained every day. The indoor pool, exercise facility and activities gave us something to do. One day, we got to the beach for about an hour between storms and it was an easy 8 minute drive away from the unit in medium traffic. The 4 bedrooms and 4 baths were wonderful as we were there with our adult children. Very comfortable beds. The location is truly outstanding. It is an easy walk even for small kids to the outdoor pool/hot tub. The unit is well decorated and feels like you’re staying in a model home. The place has many small kid friendly games and toys. It would have been a dream come true for me and my kids many years ago. We would love to return for another stay in the future. We were delighted with Bayside in general.

Great Place!

We stayed here for a softball tournament being held in the area. Condo was nice and clean! Dawn was great in communicating and allowing our last minutes changes! Bayside is a beautiful and quiet place! We are hoping to come back someday and use the amenities!

Awesome Stay

What an amazing MDW we had down at Bayside! The house was beautiful, and in a great location, close to the beach, and the boardwalk. All of the amenities on the property were great for the young kids with us, and they had a number of fun activities for everyone to take part in. Dawn was so attentive throughout our stay, and such a great host, I would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a family-friendly trip to the beach!

Location and lovely weather

We were fortunate enough to not only have some picture perfect beach days but also to be staying at Dawn & David’s lovely home centrally located in Bayside. Enjoyed time spent with family and Dawn was always available for any questions!
