Our updated and beautifully decorated 3 story townhome is located in Bayside Resort Golf Club. Walk to the largest Bayside recreation complex with multiple pools, a splash zone, a playground, and courts for tennis, pickle ball and basketball. Drive 5.5 miles to beautiful Fenwick Island beach or stay within Bayside and enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, a private dog friendly private beach on the bay, nature trails, a dog park, fishing or an outdoor show at the Freeman stage.

Bayside resort has a shopping center located at its entrance which includes a Harris Teeter supermarket with a Starbucks, a CVS pharmacy, a McDonalds and a pizzeria and ice cream shop.

Our home offers plenty of space for multiple families with all the added extras to keep all ages occupied. The garage houses a ping pong table, beach gear including chairs and a cooler, and 6 bicycles to ride around the beautiful community of Bayside.

The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances with plenty of room for all guests to eat together. The dining table has room for 10, while the breakfast table and kitchen island seat 4.

The master bedroom is fitted with a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a twin bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. The second bath has a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.
The fourth bedroom boasts a queen bed and a chaise lounge with a newly renovated walk-in shower across the hall.
We provide all the linens and towels needed for your stay. (including beach towels)

One of our favorite spaces is our second story outdoor covered balcony which overlooks a large open access lawn area where families and dogs can play.
