This lovely home is in the heart of Wine Country! The spacious house offers 3 bedrooms, a large living room that opens to dining, remodeled kitchen with granite counters, and bar seating. A large fireplace is the center of the living room brings ambiance and warmth to a cool Winter evening. A friendly neighborhood perfect for an evening stroll or taking the kids to the park down the street.. you just might see a high school baseball game there on a summer evening.

Perfectly located in central Santa Rosa, just minutes to downtown! A nice walk or a short drive to nightlife and top restaurants with plenty of outdoor patio seating. Montgomery Village is also right around the corner offering food and shopping; from boutique and outdoor/ adventure stores to Ross and groceries. All within minutes by car! This ideal location allows easy access to all the wineries you love in Santa Rosa, Windsor, Sonoma, Healdsburg, Kenwood, Napa, Glen Ellen, Valley of the Moon, Alexander Valley, the Russian River Valley and Dry Creek Valley. Also the best mico-breweries can be found here, including the famous Russian River Brewing, Bear Republic, Hen House, Cooperage, Lagunitas, Seismic, Fogbelt, and Barrel Brothers are just an Uber ride away!

3 miles to the East, Spring Lake offers a nice spot for a walk or a hike, or kayak in the reservoir and take the kids swimming in the lagoon. Annadel is right there with world class mountain biking and hiking trails. Taylor Mountain is also nearby with miles of trails and disc-golf, along with many other Sonoma County regional parks. And there are plenty of golf courses in the area!

Being centrally located near Hwy 101 and Hwy 12 makes getting around the region easy! Traveling nurses appreciate that we're less than one mile from St. Jospeh's Memorial Hospital. Also close to Kaiser, Sutter and Providence health providers, and Sutter Regional Hospital is only 7.5 miles away. Santa Rosa is located about an hour North of San Francisco and this home is just 10 miles from the Sonoma County Airport, 40 miles to Napa, 30 mins to the coast at Bodega Bay, and 15 mins to the Russian River, this is the perfect place for your next vacation! You can't beat Sonoma County!

Clean spacious 3 BR home in good neighborhood with all that is needed for a week-long stay. Convenient location as well. Were visiting family, so spent 90% time away from this house, but had all amenities and full kitchen to have cooked and done what we wanted there. Also VERY reasonably priced for how spacious it is. Would definitely stay again (and hopefully will).

Great central location

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was great - close to everything but also outside the busy parts of town. The house was good with plenty of room for us and having the extra half bath is always a plus. We would stay here again. Thanks for sharing the place with us!

Sonoma County Explorations

This was the perfect spot to stay and explore the many little towns and vineyards. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. The patio was a wonderful spot to enjoy our wine in the evenings and have dinner. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home for our stay

A few friends and I were in town to pour at a beer festival put on by Henhouse. This home was perfect for our group. Close to the event spot. Close to downtown Santa Rosa. And a perfect fit for the 4 of us. Everything was great and we couldn't have been happier.

Quiet and relaxing

We were in town for my father's memorial service and needed a "home base" to get everything organized. This house was a great fit for 3 adults and 1 child. We felt very comfortable and at ease. It's a quiet neighborhood and is a short walk to a school with a playground and a local park, for the kiddos. It's central to everything in Santa Rosa. This was the perfect fit for us.

Nice house and a quiet neighborhood

Well kept house in a quiet neighborhood, nice central location. Glad to see the host is trying to improve the house based on guest feedback. When we stayed the master bedroom had the black out curtains, and the room was pitch black with it closed. A minor suggestion from my side. It would be good to have some night lights in the hall way, as it gets very dark with lights off in the night. It'd be helpful if you wake up in the middle of night to get some water or something.

Four and a half stars

Think this home just came on the market, but coming out of the chute, it did very very well. House was spotless. Wonderful kitchen and dining area, with a bar counter that faces the living room and big screen with nice view of backyard. Great appliances. Covered patio with gas barbecue and furniture was very welcoming. Great laundry room, plus 3 bedrooms. Couldn't believe what a nice, quiet neighborhood this was....especially since it is only like 3 minutes from CA-12 with easy access to 101 a couple minutes later. Anywhere you want to go in Sonoma County is a quick and easy drive. Property manager communicated well, answered quickly, and took care of business in a friendly and understandable way. This a great place for a family stay, and we did have our daughter and grandkids over for lunch one day. Kids loved the swings and backyard. Excellent wifi and streaming options. Why not a 5? Think the master bedroom needs a curtain that will provide privacy and some blackout from the street (we covered the skimpy mini-blinds with a sheet, draped ironically over a curtain rod that had no curtain). A few other rough edges could be smoothed out, including a hot water heater that crackled and popped in a disconcerting way. Otherwise, very cool. We hope to stay here again. The owner and property manager obviously care about this home and are working to make it stellar. Nice folks.

This is the second time we've stayed here. Clean, comfortable and plenty of room. The only issue was the main bedroom TV lost connection halfway through our stay, but we were out of the house visiting family the majority of our stay. No big deal. When back in town, would like to stay here again.

Great experience, would love to stay again

Nice house in a pleasant neighborhood. Had two bathrooms and one was nicely tucked away, perfect for some privacy. Great visit.
