The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with sofa and dining area
- Kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- Sleeping area 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Sleeping area 2: accessible from sleeping area 1, comprising a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a single bed
- A bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful 800 m² unfenced garden
- A 30 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
- An 8x4 m² unheated shared swimming pool (priority for tenants), open from May to September

The house is ideally located in Tour-de-Faure, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
