The Blue Water Bungalow is part of the highly sought-after Legacy Resort. Located a few blocks from Garden City Center. Unique to Bear Lake this townhome offers private beach access. Enjoy views of the gorgeous lake while swimming in the pool (seasonal) or relaxing in the large hot tub (year round access). We know you're on vacation, but if you forget there's a 24-hour gym on site. Just behind the condo is an included large splash pad and pickleball court. Blue Water Bungalow is a three-bedroom three-bathroom townhome with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower level, and one bedroom and one bathroom on the upper level.

We are happy to not only allow children, but to provide the necessities to make your families stay as comfortable as possible. These items are on the property: pack 'n play, safety gate, hook on high-chair, blackout curtains in every room, books, toys, games, and dishes.

During the winter months bundle up and head to the Beaver Mountain ski resort located just 15 minutes from town. Along with endless hills and trails for snowmobiling, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. No matter the season there is always something to do and enjoy here in Bear Lake!
