Great family rental!!

200 paradise shores is a great beach rental for a family. We enjoyed the spacious layout, updated interior, comfy beds and huge balcony that we could view the beach across the road. The kitchen is very well equipped which for us was such a bonus as we do eat many meals in. We had our 1 year old grand-baby with us and the high chair came in handy. There was also a porta crib but we had brought our own. The property is on the 2nd floor so it is easy to access by stairs or elevator. The walk to the beach is short and the beach itself is not crowded. We really loved all of it! Only negative was construction across road was loud sometimes but ended for weekend and of course that isn’t something that anyone can control. We will definitely rent again. Thank you owners for sharing your rental with us. Carla Vinson 6-9-24.

Totally worth it

View is amazing, amenities were great and only steps away from the beach. Very short drive to stores and restaurants if needed. FYI food trucks are not open every day and they shut down early.

Mexico Beach spring break 2024

Great vacation. My husband , daughter, son in law and four grandchildren had a blast. Place had a wonderful beach view and very spacious. Will return.

Our favorite!

We have booked this condo twice a year for a the last few years and will never stay anywhere else. The condo is always so clean and the perfect size for our family. It’s a short walk across the street to beach and a short drive to Port St Joe. We always look forward to our beach vacations!

Nice condo

Nice place and easy to access. Clean, nice amenities. Were only there 3 nights so not llong.Water leak one day on main condo line so that was a little inconvenient, but was only no water for couple hours. We were not real taken with the Mexico Beach area. No great restaurants, just food trucks. No big grocery, small one with few aisles. Doubt we'd return to that area, due to lack of community needs. If you want beach and pool - it would be nice stay.

Beautiful beach view condo

Couldn’t be better situation than to stay in this condo and enjoy beautiful Mexico Beach. Well appointed and clean. This is our second stay and hope to continue staying in this beautiful and comfortable condo. Our only tiny nitpick is that the kitchen sink rug tripped everyone one of us. Blends too well into the floor! We removed it for our stay.

Awesome view, convenient to the beach!!!

I had to pinch myself when we arrived! The condo was so spacious and beautiful! My favorite spot was sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Spectacular views of the ocean from all of the huge windows in the living room open to the kitchen. The owners have supplied everything!!! The only thing that was missing was a colander but we made do when we made pasta one night. This is definitely not a complaint…what can I say? First world problem. I highly recommend this condo. I really shouldn’t so I could keep this place all to ourselves!

Best Friends Long Weekend

First off the place was clean, in a great location, extremely nice and I look forward to staying there again. The only reason for a low score was the communication with the company Vacasa who managed the stay. First issue was the key entry. We were very confused with the door having an entry code and it not working and there being a separate box entry to get the key. Then the entry for the key was hard to manage. The key continues to turn round and round. It would be nice if the owner could either have the code on the door work or get a new door entry for the key. Secondly, we read all the directions on our first day for the TV with the two TV changers and could not figure out how to work the TV. I called Vacasa and they said they would have someone call me and would come and fix it. We called back again and they said it would be the next morning. The next day, I expected to be contacted about the TV and never heard anything. When we came back to the place in the afternoon, I called back Vacasa because no one contacted me and when I did they said the TV had been fixed. My issue was, it would have been nice to be notified by text or phone. I then mentioned to Vacasa that the ice maker was not working and appeared to be frozen and would only give out a little ice which caused us to have to purchase ice. Vacasa said they would have someone come by and see about it. I never heard anything else, nor was the ice maker fixed. Like I said, we still loved the place.

This place was amazing

Oh my goodness from the minute we walked in, we were so impressed! This was our I can’t believe we’re 60s girl trip! The location, the unit, the management company. Everything was Top Notch! Any questions we had or answered immediately. I will definitely be bringing my family back this fall.

Great stay!

We were so happy to have a great ocean view and was only a very short walk across the street to beach. Condo was very big and clean! Beds were super comfy and bunk room had a pullout trundle. Pool area and hot tub was convenient to rooms and parking was easy!

Perfect!

It was our first time visiting the area. It is secluded so shop for food and other necessities on the way in! The area is safe and quiet. The beaches are beautiful and not crowded at all! The condo was perfect for our family! The pool is nice as well. Internet was spotty, the master bathtub wasn’t quite clean and one of the buttons to unlock our door was broken off. Minor inconveniences. Can’t wait to come back!
