Welcome to the Highlands! You’re a Highlander now so live it UP. There’s a sign in the living room of this home that reads ’Enjoy The Journey’. Being in the very heart of Beaver Creek, a world renowned ski resort, it’s a pretty safe bet that you will…but you’ll also be pretty satisfied with the destination. You’re on higher ground now and Highlands Slopeside #207 is the height of excellence in accommodations. It’s designed in mountain mod-classic refinery. Traditionally charming it features hardwood flooring throughout, a granite stone hearth and wood burning fireplace, fashionable furnishings in a rich earthy-toned palette and a gourmet kitchen fully accoutered with all the most popular amenities. This elegantly proportioned condo ‘maximum’ is literally situated slopeside (on-the-slopes) thus the developments’ name. What could be more convenient? The views of the Aspen-studded mountain are astounding. Parking is at a premium with an indoor heated garage with private space.

Ski, literally, right out of your back door onto the trails, or down to the village to shop and dine. • Housekeeping has always used and will continue to use anti-viral disinfectants on applicable surfaces. including, but not limited to, counter tops, appliances, light switches and doorknobs.
• Use of a professional laundry service for the linens. They use special cleaning products that are effective towards eradicating viruses/bacteria, in addition to washing in high temperatures.
• Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable cleaning pads.
• High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning, including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.
• Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with others.
