Amazing sunsets, sandy, swim able, very large and private beachfront with lighted dock, fishing boat rental, multiple decks to enjoy the sunshine and views. 1 1/2 miles to Glennie grocery store, tavern, Dollar Store, Ace Hardware, Golf course and a property of just under 3 acres to enjoy and unwind with room for privacy on your sandy beach. Game room in basement provides pool table, table tennis, foosball, workout equipment. Fireplace for cool nights and wifi throughout the home! 400 yards from ORV trail and very close to Ausable river overlooks, Lumberman's Monument, hiking trails, canoeing, kayaking, color tours, hunting etc. Enjoy staying in the heart of the Huron National Forest with all the comforts of a modern beachfront home!

We had a great time. Lots to do, very entertaining. The home was well cared for and very clean. The beds were comfy. We would stay here again and the owner was quick to respond to questions & was very personable.

Nice property with a great back yard, patio, and deck. Great spot for a group of guys to hang out, cook out, and hit the Au Sable for 3 nights. Host was attentive and had us in on time. Family room was really nice with the windows open at night with good weather. Wouldn't hesitate to reserve again when coming up to Glennie.

This Lake house came as advertised! The serene lake was beautiful and we enjoyed the outdoor space this rental provides. The house was clean and gives you that old time cottage feel. You will enjoy the firepit and get to view gorgeous sunsets while a bald eagle patrols the lake! Rent with confidence!

Great time by all!

Our party of 8 had a wonderful time, with plenty of room in the house for all of us. The property is very large, the lake is very clean with good fishing. Would recommend and would rent again.

Getaway with friends

Nice and clean property, great location right on the lake. Really nice deck with a built-in firepit, grill, and a fridge. My friends and I had a great time. The host is a good guy, responsive and attentive.

Perfect pla e to relax

Property has lots to do indoor and outdoor. Great fishing right off the dock. Water crystal clear. Home itself is super clean and the owner supplied everything but food. Basement has everything a recroom needs. Kept kids busy when they weren't on the water paddle boating or kayaking. I would recommend this place for sure or visit again.

Senior Year Trip

We had a great trip to the lake to celebrate my senior heading off to college. We were looking for a place to relax, do some fishing, and enjoy the Michigan weather. We fit comfortably in the house and enjoyed the outdoor patio/grill in the evening. The pool table downstairs was a major plus, and we spent a lot of time in the evenings taking advantage of that area. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to getaway and enjoy some of the best that Michigan has to offer. Bradley was a great host, and he made sure that any question we had was answered. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Anniversary Celebration

We had a wonderful time at Bradley’s lake house celebrating my parent’s 65th anniversary! Everything was so clean and the property was fantastic! The sunset views over the lake were incredible. We spent time on the lake in the kayaks and paddle boat. The yard was perfect for outdoor yard games and we enjoyed the ping pong and pool table in the basement. It’s a very peaceful lake and neighborhood. We would definitely recommend the lake house! Thanks you, Bradley!

All the Amenities

The house was just as the pictures showed. Communication with the owner was outstanding. The house was beautiful, clean and tidy. We used the kayaks and paddleboat that were provided and hung out on the dock most days. The water was crystal clear and sunsets were amazing. In the evening we sat on the deck and lit a fire for smores. Kitchen was well stocked and all the beds were very comfy. Will definitely be back.

North Lake vacation

We had a great and relaxing time at this house on North Lake! The property outside is beautiful and has great views of the lake from all of the multiple decks. The lake is on the smaller side, but we were still able to ski and tube. The water was shallow and clear by the property and the kids caught a lot of small fish by the dock. We enjoyed using the kayaks to explore the lake. The game room was fun, we enjoyed the ping pong and pool tables. The host was quick to respond to any emails/texts. Overall, we had a great stay!

Girls Trip

Absolutely a beautiful lake house breath taking view very relaxing everything you need for a vacation the lake house is very spacious furniture is comfy the beds are very comfortable. The deck area is so relaxing nice bonfire and looking out at the lake in the late evening was nice us girls didn’t go do a whole lot as we just stayed around the lake house and enjoyed are time right there shot pool in the basement listening to music good times. Us girls would definitely come back. This is a beautiful time of year there the colors where changing each day absolutely beautiful colors We definitely had a great time. So Until next time. Beautiful Lake House

Bradley, the owner, was accommodating and available whenever needed. It was perfect for our family reunion. The view is stunning, especially on the decks overlooking the lake. It had all we needed and more and kept everyone entertained. The water was great for swimming, and a paddle boat and two kayaks were provided. Also, the home downstairs had a pool table, workout equipment, table tennis, and foosball. We had a fire by the water at night and roasted marshmallows. We will defiantly rent again.

Lovely North Lake

Our family of four had a wonderful week up north. The house was super clean and perfectly situated to enjoy the views of the lake. We had mostly perfect weather but on the days it rained we enjoyed the game room in the basement. Fishing was fun and we used the fire pit several times. There are a ton of things to see and do in the area, we especially loved Largo Springs and kayaking down the Au Sable River with Alcona Canoes. While Glennie has a small grocery store, if I had to do it again I would drive to Tawas City for a better selection of groceries. Naps were taken, fish were caught, s'mores were eaten, batteries recharged and most importantly, memories were made here. We loved it!

Great time but..

Hi, I stayed at this location for a ladies weekend. Everything was wonderful in regards to the property. Loved kayaking and floating in the lake. As well as the use of the beautifully remodeled deck and outdoor kitchen. I few things though. It was advertised as has air conditioning. It only had one wall unit in the kitchen. So NO central air. We also were looking forward to utilization of the game room. But due to the mildew smell it was not pleasant down there to enjoy anything.

Northern getaway

My family and I had a great vacation at Brad’s North Lake house. If you are looking for a hidden getaway, this is it! The house has a lot to offer, the game room & gym were great on the rainy days we had. The weather was hit or miss for us the week we were there. We had rain, thunderstorms, smoke from Canada…. And the last day we were there the power went out in a storm! We lost mobile signal shortly after that as well. We had fun roughing it in the dark our last night. I did not ask Brad this considering it was our last night, but a generator would be a great add on. Everyone around the lake had them running and were partying with every bit of electricity being used and there we were in the dark with a couple flashlights and candles lol. We had some sun and fun on the lake kayaking, swimming & fishing, the water is very clean. The deck(s) were great to relax on in the evening & watch the wildlife. There’s a muskrat or beaver that takes a swim across the lake every night. Lots of fish, turtles, birds, deer & rabbits around the house. There is a pontoon boat available, but it was not working the week of our visit. There’s a lot to see in the national park. If you’re willing to drive an hour or two, there are family attractions close enough if the kids get too feral in the woods. This was our first vacation to Michigan & we loved it!

A great birthday celebration/weekend

We had a great time at the North Lake house; boating, fishing, card playing, visiting around the campfire overlooking the lake. We all would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a nice, relaxing vacation! Celebrated 3 family birthdays too!

Had a wonderful and relaxing time at the lake house. It was roomy enough for 6 adults. Enjoyed sitting on the deck every night watching the sunset, using the game room in the basemen, kayaking and using the paddle boat. Oscoda and Tawas are only about 30 minutes away. The only con was the local grocery store is expensive so bring your own food or go to Tawas. 18 eggs and a gallon of milk were almost $10.00. Other than that we had a great time and would come back again.

The view

Our family had a wonderful week staying here, kids and husbands caught Large Mouth and Rock Bass, and blue gills…we swam/kayaked/paddle boarded, kids loved the game room. Enjoyed going into Tawas and Oscoda. At night we enjoyed the back patio/fire pit. The house was clean, and the hosts were so welcoming!

Just under 3 acres of property on East Shore of North Lake! Close to town, 1 1/2 miles and 400 yards from ORV trail. Amazing sunsets, 4 different decks to enjoy them from. Lighted boat dock, free kayak use and life jackets, fishing boat/motor rental available. Fire pit on the sandy beach, firewood provided! Volleyball net, tree swing, apple trees, you won’t be disappointed!
