Beautiful well equipped home nestled in the middle of pine trees. The rooms, restrooms, and kitchen are very spacious!! The home is extremely well kept with plenty of kitchen items for cooking, bath towels, and extra toilet paper. Location is ideally close to shopping centers (7 min. drive). Our family enjoyed staying here while we visited the Grand Canyon, which was 90 minutes away. Definitely recommend !!!

House was great. I'd have to say probably the best we've ever stayed at. Kitchen was stocked with every dish or utensil needed. House fit our party of 9 comfortably, 8 are adults (or adult sized).

Summer Getaway

House worked great for our family and dogs. Loved the goodie bag left out for us. Nice neighborhood, very quiet. Backyard worked well to hang out and big enough for our dogs.

Amazing home

We hand an awesome stay at Pico at the pines. The home is beautiful and the hosts are very attentive and respond quickly. We were visiting for a soccer tournament and the location was amazing.

Beautiful Home

This home is very well maintained and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked and everything is in working order. The beds were very comfortable, the living room and dining area are spacious. Kids enjoyed playing in the private backyard. They do not use super scented item throughout the home. This was a huge plus for my family.

Spring Break in the Mountains

We had a wonderful spring break at this property! It was very comfortable for our entire group of seven, including our dog.We especially appreciated having everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a couple of dinners, which was great since we had some snowy weather. The beds were comfortable, and the property was very quiet and peaceful.We've bookmarked this home and definitely plan to book it again for future visits.

Perfect for Families with Children

The house was very clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and left very detailed and helpful instructions and information about the community and activities to explore. Our three year old loved all the toys. We could not have asked for anything more.

Great time in Flagstaff

We traveled to Flagstaff from east coast to see nephew run in a track meet. We needed a property to accommodate 9 family members (6 adults and 3 kids). This property was perfect. We actually only had 8 but everyone slept comfortably. The house was very clean, modern. I am an experienced VRBO user and I can tell you all listings aren't created equal. This property is a perfect example of a home away from home. I would definitely rent from this host again. And definitely rent this property next time we are in Flagstaff. Oh and I learned about Boss donuts from the host. Great stuff. Also we ate at Fratelli pizza which wasn't a bad pie. Not to far from house, by the NAU campus.

Perfect location for visiting NAU students

My husband and I go to Flagstaff every couple of months to visit our daughters who attend NAU. They like to stay with us when we visit and this house was perfect for our family. Very comfortable and clean and plenty of room for everyone. We had no issues during our stay and will definitely stay here again in the future
