The neighborhood is transitional with several lovely public greenways and parks within walking distance. If you have time for a leisurely stroll or simply like to start off your day with a nice run, this is a great spot for you!

Free parking behind the cottage for up to 3 vehicles. Additional curbside parking available in front of cottage. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Schlage Encode lock located at side entrance of property.

2-story cottage featuring 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own smart TV. Open floor plan contains a spacious kitchen with all of your basic cooking needs, a living area with large sectional and Apple TV, and a dining table equipped for 6. Our front porch has an outdoor dining space as well as some wicker chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. Side entrance is built to house a fire pit and seat 6-8 individuals comfortable for hangouts on those cooler nights. Washer and dryer available on the first floor.

Uber and Lift are available for anyone not wanting to drive around Athens. Downtown and Sanford Stadium are both less than a mile away should you choose to walk. (We typically do.)
