Sin ascensores o esperando llegar a la playa, sin hordas de extraños, solo un poco de paraíso. Hermosa y tranquila 'Laguna Beach, est. 1936' ... directamente en Front Beach Road, frente al cálido Golfo de México y magníficas puestas de sol. Magnífica vista sin obstáculos de 180 grados del golfo, pero a poca distancia de toda la acción del centro.
Nos enorgullecemos de nuestra casa. Siéntate en el patio o la terraza y lee un libro. Tenemos mecedoras por dentro y por fuera. Mira la puesta de sol desde la sala de sol o el patio delantero. Nade en las aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo de México, pasee por la prístina playa de arena blanca o relájese y relájese. Disfrute cocinando en la cocina completa o en la parrilla al aire libre, cenando en el patio al aire libre y observe mientras los niños juegan en el amplio patio delantero con mucho espacio para el bádminton. The location is perfect! Short walk to the beach and Thomas donuts next door is a wonderful plus! The house is amazing! Everything you need for a wonderful vacation!! We have stayed here twice and never been disappointed! Can’t wait for the next trip!!

2nd time guests

Had a little hiccup when arrived AC was out on 2nd level where bedrooms were for first night but 1st level was good, so all slept there. Al was able to get tech there next day and all was great!!We love this property and will be back, LORD willing for a third stay!!!

Well laid out house plan that sleeps up to 10. It would be nice to have 3 bathrooms but we made do fine with 2.

Comfy house across from the beach

We stay in this house every year and have been for several years. One of the reasons is that they let us bring our dog. The house is very comfy, not fussy. It’s not appointed with all the bells and whistles like some higher priced places. But we like that Because we feel very comfortable there

Our family loves this home because it is so comfy. It doesn't have all the fancy things that newer homes or condos have but that's perfect for us and our 2 dogs! The owner is very resposive and cordial. We've been staying here for years and will contnue to return each year. The view is beautiful of the beach and ocean! Just sit in the front yard and take it all in!

Family Reunion

Ten Days of great fun and enjoyment from the thirty somethings with small pooches to Gramps aged 97 we had a great time at the beach! Great Location with groceries a block away and the famous Thomas Donut shop within easy reach. Perfect Beach right across the street and no obstructing homes to block the view of the water! All Good. Five Stars.

Quaint Cottage with Great Location

The location of the house can’t be beat. It was so nice being directly across from the beach access. The house was clean and equipped with everything you need. My only real issue was that there did not appear to be fire alarms in the bedrooms, which is an issue when you have your small child sleeping alone in a room with door closed. Overall, we had a great trip and we would stay again. Thank you!

I have a smoke alarm in the stairwell leeding up to the bedrooms, this is the proper location for the alarm.

What a find!!!

I had the great fortune of staying in this house with my family and mother-in-law in June! What a wonderful relaxing time. It was very hard to leave. The proximity to the ocean made our vacation a dream come true. The owners were very easy to get a hold of and if there was any issue they sent someone immediately to take care of it. We had a great time, and would definitely stay here again! What a gem!

Place was great and clean, location perfect, only gripe is the water system needs to be looked at as both showers hot water goes from hot to cold, then hot to cold and so on.

Needs some repairs

Had a great time! House could use some repairs. Roof leaked, a/c vents dripped water, direct TV was intermittent with service and the back door was extremely hard to open and close!

Thank you for your review and comments. Glad you had a good time. We aren't sure what is going on with the back door. We are having the roof leak looked at - must be from some of the recent bad weather. Weather can also interrupt internet service and Direct TV. We will also look at the vents.
