It can accommodate up to 7 people.

You enter a modern villa where you discover immediately on the right the first master bedroom (160 cm bed) with its large adjoining dressing room.

Continuing past the entrance,
you arrive at the level of the first children's bedroom (two beds), as well as the toilet.
Turning left in the corridor that leads to the living room, you pass in front of the fully tiled bathroom with its walk-in shower.
At the end of the hallway, you enter the main room of the villa, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living/dining room and its very comfortable "relax" sofas. By opening the French window behind the table, you access a small terrace where you can have breakfast with a view of the heights of the mountain ranges.

Upstairs,
you discover the independent part for a second family; Its reading corner, its master bedroom (bed 160), its cocooning corner and its sleeping area for children.

Outside
You will find the swimming pool and its rest elements as well as its terrace and barbecue.
A city stadium is present on the property for family football and basketball games.

Have a great time with your family in the games room equipped with table football, billiards, air hockey table and darts.
Not the energy to play? Relax with a movie in the small cinema room.

Many tourist flyers are available to you to best organize your days around the villa.
