Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers in the commune of Cornimont, we are offering for rent this charming 110 m² south-west-facing basement house with mountain views, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely living room with wood-burning stove, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). There's also a garden of around 500 m² to enjoy! With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Basement:
- Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer
On the ground floor
- A bright 35 m² living room with corner sofa, TV, wood-burning stove (wood provided) and dining area
- New, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: two single beds (80×190) that can be brought together to form a double bed and a wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) with wardrobe
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190) with wardrobe
- Shower room with overhead shower cubicle and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A lovely 500 m² enclosed garden with trees and a south-westerly aspect, with flower beds and furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
- An 8 m² shaded terrace with garden table, folding armchairs and chairs.
The house is ideally located in Cornimont, in a peaceful and very pleasant residential area. All the essential shops are a 10-minute walk away, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
What's on:
- Events: Gerardmer fantasy film festival, Mineral & Gem mineral exhibition in Sainte Marie aux Mines, Alsace wine route
- Hiking: a number of circuits are available
- The ski slopes of La Bresse (about 10 km from the accommodation)
- A swimming pool and ice rink (10 min by car)
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park outside the house (1 vehicle) or in the free parking spaces less than 100 metres away.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: REMIREMONT, TGV access, about 26 km away (26 min by car)
- Nearest airport: MULHOUSE, about 85 km away (1h21 by car)
