Additional Information
There is a main floor Master bedroom w/King bed, private bath w/romantic tub, 65” smart TV, exercise bike, and huge walk-in closet. The Upstairs provides two oversize bedrooms each equipped with 2 Queen beds in each room including various styles of pillows to accommodate any type of comfort needed. Also Upstairs, is the work station/reading area. Apple computer/printer along with incredible views of the surrounding 14,000 ft peaks will be sure to inspire creativity. The Basement houses 2 bedrooms. One room holds a King bed w/42” smart TV. The 2nd basement bedroom is the custom bunk room containing 2 Full beds on bottom and 2 twin beds on top. The top bunks each contain a shelf to help hold I-pads, phones, lamp, and drinks. All rooms have night stands with tissue boxes, lamps, alarm clocks, and oversized outlets with USB charging. Full Bathrooms are located adjacent to each bedroom with quick and easy accessibility.
We proudly offer various styles of GAME ROOM entertainment, much more than you will see in many of your rental searches. We're excited to offer Skeech! A shuffle-board style game using steel balls. It’s a cross between shuffle board and cornhole and can be played by any age group individually or in teams. This may be the highlight of your friends/family’s activity of the trip! We also offer a throwback 2 player style arcade game that boasts over 400 games to choose from. Other indoor games include- Pool, darts, Ping-Pong table, Pop a shot basketball, chess/checkers, and many board games/puzzles to choose from. Connected to the 65” smart TV is an XBOX One w/ 2 controllers. Outdoor games provided- horseshoes, homerun derby, Kan Jam, bottle bash, and Disc Golf! These outdoor games can be enjoyed right in the backyard on the mowed area surrounded by the amazing aspen grove which encompasses the property!
Located in the heart of Colorado's famous Rocky Mountains and just minutes from skiing, golf, dining, and shopping in Breckenridge. The many miles of the world-renowned South Platte River begin a few miles up the road which offers excellent Gold Medal fishing opportunities. With many 14,000 ft peaks within a short drive to their respective trailheads, hikers and mountain bikers will have their choosing of many adventures- let alone the thousands of acres of National Forrest right across the road for endless adventures! In the Winter, aside from the many ski resorts within an hour’s drive or less, Snowmobilers and snowshoers have their adventures awaiting as well. We are a few hundred yards from Highway 9 so heading West towards Breckenridge (average 25min, 15miles) or East towards Fairplay (average 6min, 4miles) you’ll find very simple to get where you belong. While the area is exceptional for its outdoor amenities, the views mixed in with the changing of the seasons can take your breath away. The changing of the aspen leaves every September is a remarkable event that shouldn’t be missed! The abundance of wildlife (deer, elk, moose, etc) not only in the surrounding area but right on the property add to the beauty of the Lodge.
We treat this rental as we do our own home, with great attention to detail. Not only do we offer the basics of toilet paper, paper towels, tissue, hand soap, etc. but we go much further. Higher end shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is in all the showers. Extra tooth brushes and dixie cups are available as well as hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes. There are multiple types of bubble bath if you decide to use the tub along with plush cotton robes. The coffee bar is sure to bring a smile! There are various types of coffees, decaf, half-calf, five flavors of teas, and hot chocolate. we offer multiple types of creamers and sweeteners, plus to-go cups/lids. The kitchen is fully capable to cook whatever meal of your choosing utilizing our high-end GE appliances. Aluminum foil, freezer bags, cooking spray, and Tupperware are also provided along with a vast array of spices. Various types of dishware and glassware from wine to whiskey glasses as well as ice balls and large cubes to assist your adult beverages.
