Three-story 5BR 3.5BA beach home perfect for family getaways on a corner and a short 1-minute walk to the beach. Covered parking and driveway has enough parking for 6 cars. The house has an elevator that makes carrying up luggage and groceries a breeze. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean while relaxing on one of the covered porches this home offers. Beach toys, chairs, and a beach cart are provided for your convenience. 300 MBPS wifi. Bluetooth sound system located on 3rd floor.

A great fall beach week with our family! House as advertised, clean, very amenable for young children under 5 with safety gates for stairs, elevator for luggage etc. Views from upper deck and kitchen living area were highlight. Host very responsive. Beach access and provided equipment and toys a plus. Found good restaurants nearby. Definitely would recommend.

Nice view and location. Unit could use some attention to main living furnishings to make the stay more enjoyable and fresh. Needed throws for the living room. The kitchen is nice and roomy.

We were upset that the whirlpool tub was not cleaned. We could not use it to just take a bath. The filter was very dirty and black pieces kept coming out of it….the regular coffee maker was very dirty and also the carpet on the stair were dirty and needed to be cleaned. The table had some sort of sticky residue on it. All of the kid toys were just thrown in a pile

Great Family Beach House

Home has quick access to the beach and has everything you need for a great family vacation. Family room and kitchen area are spacious with everything you need. Two story deck is great for enjoying the views of the ocean.

Beach front vacation

We loved our vacation because the house location is right at the beach. It was so nice to walk out the door and onto the beach. We also loved the porch decks for coffee and reading in the early morning. We really appreciated all the beach accessories as well. Thank you!

Everything you could ask for!

The beach house was wonderful! It was clean and inviting. Lots of amenities and everything you could possibly need. Check in and out were a breeze. Location was GREAT!! Highly recommend!

Great stay, again!

This was the second time we stayed on this property. Like the first, it was a wonderful experience! The location is excellent, the house was very clean, and the check-in process was simple. It was so nice to sit on the balconies and see the ocean right in front of you. The host, Brandon, was great to communicate with us and quick to answer the few questions we had. The next time we vacation in Surf City this will be the first location we try to get.

Great location, clean house, amazing ocean view, easy beach access. Brandon, the host, definitely made efforts to let guests feel at home. Brandon is also very respectful gets back to my questions in a very timely manner. Grateful I picked this rental house for my vacation.

Perfect vacation spot

Brandon is wonderful with communication and super responsive! The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is ideal and a short easy walk and you are on the beach. Appreciated the extras; a crib, baby gates, plenty of beach toys for the kids and for the adults a beach wagon, chairs and Shibumi! Freight elevator an extra plus- a new favorite vacation spot- looking forward to staying there again!!

Celebration

Very nice accommodations, the views were spectacular very relaxing. The elevator door was a challenge but we managed to walk our suitcases up. After several attempts to open door it was easy but we just carried them up and down. As this was our first experience with Vrbo.

Annual Family Beach Trip

Amazing Views was a very nice beach house. The beach access was a quick walk across flat sand. The 3rd floor views of the beach on the front porch and sunsets on the back porch were great. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the refrigerator was nice and big. The large dining table was good for eating and playing games. The living room furniture was comfortable. The bedrooms, bathrooms and outdoor showers were very accommodating. Lots of beach chairs, toys, etc. were also available. The host was very informative and responsive. We would stay at this property again.

Oceanfront for New Years

This property is super nice and the owners have worked hard to provide all the extras needed for an enjoyable vacay at the beach. The owners communicated in a effective, efficient, and caring way.The ocean views are amazing and the beach access is excellent. The house has a lovely garden sitting area with a dining table and a small grill. Beach chairs, wagon, and easy up are provided for convenience. The house is roomy, decorated beautifully, and extremely clean. The New Year's Dolphin Dip was so fun to see - probably a new tradition for us. I highly recommend renting this property. 10 out of 10!

What a fabulous experience on our first vacation to Topsail Island, even with tropical storm Debby making it extra memorable. For our week stay, we had maybe 8 hours of sun in total, but the large amount of space, beach games (provided), and house amenities made our stay fantastic. The house was clean and linens provided were there waiting upon arrival. Brandon was quick to respond whenever we had a question or need and even sent someone over quickly when a house need arose. Although the weather did not cooperate, having the ocean directly in front of us allowed to enjoy the rain during the height of the storm.the linens having been provided, as well as any beach item you could possibly need, reduced our packing and was very appreciated We could not recommend this property or its location more. Don’t think twice, you will be overjoyed with your decision to book!
