Located a few steps from the A Foch metro station, leading in less than 5 minutes to the Presqu'île and Place Bellecour, this very beautiful, comfortable and nicely furnished 169 m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator in a building secure.

At the entrance, a corridor leading opposite to a 1st sleeping area consisting of a 1st bedroom with a 140x200 double bed, a desk and a large closet, a 2nd bedroom with a 160x190 bed (2 small beds pushed together with mattress toppers) and a desk , a bathroom with bathtub and 2 sinks.

Opposite to the right of the corridor, a door with a sanibroyeur toilet.

We then arrive at the living room/living room/kitchen with 3 sofas, a TV area, a dining area with a table, a fully equipped kitchen including an oven and a dishwasher.
On the side, a pantry with a washing machine and a dryer (SDB and MAL lift pump).

Behind the kitchen, a master suite with a dressing room, a king size bed 180x200 and behind a shower, 2 sinks and a separate toilet.

From the living room, you access the first floor with an office/reading area with many games and toys that will delight children. This area leads to a bedroom with a 140x190 double bed and a desk, with its shower room, a sink unit and a toilet.

Ideal for a professional stay of up to 8 people, or with friends or family to discover the city.

IMPORTANT: The toilets in the living room are temporarily inaccessible, and the sanibroyeur is due to be replaced shortly. The other two toilets in the bedrooms are functional and accessible.

PLEASE NOTE: the steps leading up to the mezzanine are not secured by a guardrail on the side open to the living room, children must be under adult supervision at all times.

We provide you with convenience products (rice, pasta, a few coffee and tea pods, etc.) Bed linen and towels are included.

In the apartment you'll find a guide with all the information you need for an excellent stay (WIFI code, notices, recommended restaurants...).

Entry to the apartment is 100% autonomous from 3pm via a connected lock. Check-out is until 11am maximum.

We also provide with the rental of the apartment a private parking space in a secure basement in a building 5 minutes walk from the apartment for your convenience.

The entire Memorable Place team is committed to providing you with the safest possible stay! Before each arrival, we call in a professional cleaning team to clean and disinfect the premises and the linens used.

As mentioned in the advertisement, parties and noisy events (loud music etc...) that could disturb our neighbors are forbidden in our apartment.
It is also forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.

Any breach of these rules during your stay will result in a financial penalty. Thank you for your vigilance :)

Supplementary linen fees apply when 2 or more persons wish to use one double bed each. It costs 18E for the use of the linen for the whole stay.
Example : if 2 persons wish to use the 2 double beds, the extra cost is 18E/stay.
