House Garden Pool – The Cherry Tree

Location

Just 10 minutes from the center of Aix-en-Provence, in a quiet property with several independent houses. Ideally located: 25 minutes from the Luberon, 35 minutes from the beaches of the Côte Bleue, and 35 minutes from both Marseille and Cassis.

The Accommodation

Charming 40 m² guest house with a private entrance, private garden, private above-ground pool (available from June to September 30), and one private parking space on the property.

Capacity: up to 4 guests (5 guests upon request)

• Living area with sofa, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen
• Bathroom with shower, toilet, double sink, washing machine, and laundry area
• Bedroom with large window opening onto the terrace and built-in storage


Sleeping Arrangements

Sleeps up to 6 people:

• 1 double bed (140x190 cm) in the bedroom
• 1 double sofa bed (140x190 cm) in the living room
• 1 extra single bed available on request
• 1 travel cot available on request (additional €10 per stay)


Baby Pack available on request: travel cot, high chair, baby bathtub

Linen & Towels

Bed linen, kitchen towel, and bath towels are included free of charge.
Pool towels available on request: €5 per person per stay.

Outdoor Space

Private garden with dining table, parasol, 2 sun loungers, gas barbecue, and private above-ground pool.

Parking

1 free private parking space on the property. Additional free parking is available on the street.

Pets

Pets are welcome – we can provide a basket and bowls on request.
