Your temporary home is located in a quiet courtyard on the 2nd floor. From the bedrooms, you can enjoy views of the Osterbek Canal.

The bright 3-room apartment is modern, furnished with two deluxe box-spring double beds (2x2m and 1.60x2m) and a large U-shaped sofa bed.

The modern kitchen includes an electric kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a stove with a ceramic hob, and an oven. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, and a French press.

The spacious bathroom has a shower.

A 46-inch flat-screen cable TV and DSL internet access (Wi-Fi) are available.

Beautiful laminate flooring pampers your feet.

Hans Henny Jahnn Weg is a paid parking zone. We can offer you a parking space in the neighboring building for a fee of €10 per night.

Excellent location and apartment

Our family stayed in this beautiful, airy, large and well equipped apartment. The location is excellent with view to a fleet, easy travel to everywhere in Hamburg and bakery and supermarket across the main street. Parking is available nearby. Overall, a fantastic location and loft !!

My family visited Hamburg for our middle child’s high school graduation. Our stay here was great. Our loft was clean and well stocked. Convenient to bus and grocery. Would love to go back.

Wonderful environment, great space, good location

Our favorite thing was the sights and sounds of the small canal directly outside the bedroom windows. Yes, some street noise and boating noise can be heard, but for us this was pleasant and not bothersome. Even in hot summer weather, the large windows on three sides allowed us to keep the apartment fairly cool. Indoor space is HUGE and open, including a very large bathroom and spacious shower; sofa big enough for 5-6 people to lounge comfortably; family dining table; and well-equipped kitchen with plenty of space for prep and cooking. As other reviewers have mentioned, the neighborhood has everything a family needs - variety of restaurants and eiscafes, several grocery stores, pharmacy, and a fresh bakery just across the street for fresh morning brötchen. Kayak rental is nearby and it’s a short walk to other recreation on the lake. Two bus options within 0.5km and U3 station 1km. Our only complaints were: check-in time was several hours later than advertised on the listing, leaving us to wait in the city for hours after a long flight; and the ongoing construction in front with the unlit dirt passageway and sometimes trucks blocking the only entry/exit to the street. Overall worth it for the quality of stay.

Sehr schöne Wohnung direkt am Kanal

Der Buchungs- Bezahl- und Check-In-Vorgang war völlig problemlos, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Bad, Wohnzimmer und das große Schlafzimmer sind recht groß und gut geschnitten, nur das kleine Schlafzimmer ist etwas eng für zwei Personen, weil das Bett nur von einer Seite aus Zugang bietet. Von den Schlafzimmern aus hat man direkten Blick auf den (Osterbek?)Kanal zwei Stockwerke tiefer und im Sommer kann man tagsüber den Boots- und SUP-Fahrern zusehen mit hohem Unterhaltungswert. Die Wohnung ist im Hinterhaus gelegen, das über den frisch renovierten Innenhof zugänglich ist. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist, dass von den Schlafzimmern aus der Verkehr auf der Bachstraßenbrücke bei geöffnetem Fenster recht gut zu hören ist.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Hamburg-Besuch

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie hat eine echt schöne Lage mit einer guten Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung und auch genug Geschäfte zur Selbstverpflegung. Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Lage des Objekts war gut. Beeinträchtigt war die Umgebung durch die Bauarbeiten am Vorderhaus. Durchgang vom Vorderhaus war sehr schmutzig und dunkel. Dadurch, dass die Eingangstür zum Treppenhaus defekt und nicht abschließbar war, kam kein richtiges Sicherheitsgefühl auf. Positiv war die Nutzung der Tiefgarage im Nachbarhaus. Das Loft war sehr schön und entsprach den Angaben in der Beschreibung.

Groß und hell - mit Straßenlärm und ohne Sonne

Sieht aus wie auf den Bildern, schön groß. Küche hat vieles da zum Kochen. Eines der Doppelbetten ist wirklich groß und gut für zwei Personen. Sofa ist schön groß. Wir waren beruflich dort. Könnte eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung sein. Leider sind die Betten viel zu weich für gutes und gesundes Schlafen. Es gibt keine direkte Sonne in der Wohnung, und alle Fenster, auch die zum Kanal, lassen kontinuierlichen Straßenlärm rein. Im Winter ok, im Sommer wäre uns das viel zu laut. Es fehlte an gemütlicher Beleuchtung im Wohn-/Essbereich, da das Küchenarbeitslicht kaputt war und die Deckenbeleuchtung zu grell. Zugang zur Wohnung war über eine Baustelle, oft zugeparkt von kleinen Transportern, so dass man mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß kaum durch kam.

schöne Wohnung und super Service

Schöne öffene und gemutliche Wohnung, genau wie im Inserat. Ausstattung wie beschrieben und alles zum Leben nötige vorhanden. Nette Vermieterin, die für spontane Fragen sofort verfügbar war und uns auch rechtzeitig über kleine Änderungen (Baustelle und daher anderer Parkplatz) informiert hatte. Gerne wieder :D

Auf jeden Fall passend für einen Hamburg-Besuch

Die Wohnung bietet wirklich viel Platz. Die Gegend ist ruhig und trotzdem prima angebunden. Man hat dort einen Ofen, wenn man sich was Aufwendigeres kochen möchte und ein Fersehen mit Netflix - super, um mal herunterzukommen, wenn man schon den ganzen Tag unterwegs war :) Die Absprache mit der Vermieterin war super einfach und wir durften sogar das Auto ein bisschen länger dort lassen. Zu dritt war es jetzt prima, ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass wenn man zu 5 ist, mit einem Bad ein bisschen eng wird...Sicherlich kann man sich organisieren. Danke!

Tolle grosse Wohnung

Die Wohnung war mit den Schlafzimmern und dem grossen Wohnraum für uns als Familie gut geeignet. Zentral und ruhig gelegen. Ein große Grünfläche war auch in der Nähe. Zahlenschloss an der Haustür war etwas schwierig zu bedienen.

Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage

Schön und bequem eingerichtete Wohnung im 2. OG, direkt am Kanal und ruhig im Hof gelegen. Parkplatz im Hof vorhanden. Wir hatten die Fahrräder dabei und haben damit viele Touren durch Hamburg unternommen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig. Zur Außenalster nicht weit. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Sofa gemütlich. Internet gut. Sehr sauber. Freundliche Vermieterin.

Wohnung in Uhlenhorst, HH

Wir haben 6 Nächte in der Wohnung in Uhlenhorst verbracht. Für 3 Personen hatte die Wohnung eine ideale Größe. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr ruhig und hatte alles was man zu einem etwas längeren Aufenthalt brauchte. Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut. Ein Supermarkt war 5 Gehminuten entfernt, zur nächsten Verkehrsverbindung waren es etwa 10 min. Auch waren viele Restaurants in der Nähe, die man gut zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen und würden gerne bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt dort wieder unterkommen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war ein wenig schleppend!

Schöne Wohnung, top Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und schön geschnitten, alles entsprach den Beschreibungen. Die Kommunikation verlief sehr unkompliziert und überaus freundlich. Die Lage ist ganz hervorragend - Winterhude selbst bietet eine Unmenge an unterschiedlichsten gastronomischen Angeboten ebenso wie viele kleine individuelle Läden. Die Alster ist einen Katzensprung entfernt, zum Stadtpark ist ebenfalls nicht weit und die Innenstadt ist in 20-30min mit dem HVV erreichbar.

Great location

Property is in a good location close to the shops and walking distance to public transport. The place is generous and bright. Beds are very comfy and you have all you need for a short stay. The weather during our stay was very hot (around 30 degrees) and there are no fans in the apartment. It can be hot inside despite of having all the windows open. We had to borrow fans from friends to make it comfortable.

Zentral gelegen, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht

Die Wohnung ist gross und geraeumig, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Gute Lage zu Supermarkt und oeffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Vermieter sehr entgegenkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefuehlt.
