We have stayed in many vacation homes, and this is one of the nicest. It is beautifully designed and built to a high standard with quality furnishings. It also benefits from wonderful views of red rocks out the back. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful during our 10-day stay.The owners might consider finding another pest deterrent other than moth balls for their closet in the master bedroom. Even with that closet door closed and locked, the smell can permeate the bedroom, especially when the bedroom door is closed for privacy.It would be ideal if a garage door opener were provided. Maybe a special deposit would be in order for those who wish to have one, as it is understandable that these are easily forgotten in the car when a guest departs.

Fantastic stay at this property. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood and close to hiking, grocery stores and any Sedona attraction. Communication with Jared the host was outstanding. Will stay no place else in Sedona.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The views of red rocks out the back windows, including Coffee Pot Rock, were such a wonderful way to start the day! While there are a couple steps up to the front of the home, the single level nature of the home was essential for my in-laws who are in their 80s. The home is well-appointed and very clean, and we appreciated all the labels in the kitchen that made it very easy to find things. Jared was fabulous with communication and all directions for check-in and access were clear and easy. The home is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with nearby trails into the red rocks for those who want to venture out. We plan to stay here again in the future.

The property and the view are fantastic! The neighborhood was nice as well. I felt safe walking by myself at 6:00am every morning of our stay. There is also easy access to hiking trails two streets up from the house. I highly recommend the Sugarloaf Trails. There are spectacular views from the summit. The house was clean and stocked with basic cook wear. The beds are comfortable and linens are of good quality. The home also features some very nice artwork! The view from the back patio made for a wonderful breakfast location. This is a great place to stay!

Beautiful and convenient location, but...

The house and location are fantastic, nice to be near trailheads and away from the uptown traffic. Only snafu was an issue with cleaning, 2 of the beds still had dirty sheets. The management company sent cleaners over the next day to fix it.

perfect girl's weekend stay

Whether sitting on the outside patio, or inside the house, the views out back are breathtaking. Hiking trailhead withing walking distance. Close proximity to dining, grocery, coffee, anything you need. Spacious inside, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, can comfortably accomodate 8 people if using trundles in living room. Kitchen well stocked. Finishes in house are very nice too! We didn't want to leave.

Everything including location was great. Well stocked with all of the necessities. I would recommend replacing the coffee pot, the hard water has been hard on it to the point it takes 20 minutes for a small pot of coffee
