We offer a well-equipped kitchen with your choice of coffee pot or Keurig. We also have a special, locked, storage space for your outdoor gear! No need to bring ski/snowboard/muddy boots and shoes or wet clothes in the house! There are multiple TVs with cable and streaming services, a video game machine with 300 games, board games, books, and a Playstation that will keep kids entertained when you're taking a break from skiing, hiking, and mountain biking that's right in your backyard. ***Important Winter Information*** Our home is on paved city roads that are plowed during ski season. However, we receive 80-100 inches of snow annually, Oct - April. 4x4 or snow chains are highly recommended/ required. If conditions are impeding travel there is a chance we would need to cancel booking until conditions improve.

***Important Summer Information*** Summer months on Beech Mountain are mostly cool; mid to low 70s in the afternoons in August. We do have 1 air conditioner for the upstairs living area for use on the rare afternoons it gets into the upper 70s and low 80s. There is no central air conditioning.
